John is a legend in the watch industry, and transacting with him is a fantastic experience. Beyond offering great timepieces, you gain knowledge. His YouTube channel is informative and fun, featuring great interviews with people who have something valuable to share.

Collectability and John Reardon are THE experts in Patek Philippe watches, and therefore the best place to purchase my first Patek -- A Travel Time Calatrava. John is patient, answered all of my questions, reserved the watch for me for a period of time so that I could think about it and comfortably make my purchase. He is also exceedingly honest and thoughtful about pricing. I did a tremendous amount of research before buying and his price was so on point for a full set (watch in excellent condition with box and papers) that there was no need to negotiate or worry. The way Collectability ships the piece goes above and beyond -- it's a genuine treat to open the package. I've waited a long time to get a Patek of my own. I am really happy that I got it from Collectability.

I purchased a Patek Philippe gold Gondolo Chronograph pocket watch manufactured in 1903. This came with the original pocket watch case, from John. He ensured this treasure was fully serviced and functional as well as provided the Extract from the Archives. I communicated with John on multiple occasions and he was always responsive. This overall timepiece and buying experience was exceptional and would highly recommend doing business with John and Collectibility.

(I’m confident he understands he is investing in future business, even if that isn’t his only or even primary motivation.) He is passionate and excited about watches, Patek Philippe in particular, and about educating the collecting community on Patek Philippe’s pocket watches, wrist watches, and other products, their place in the history of haute horology, and their beauty as premier timepieces and related items. I have not yet made a purchase from Collectability, which highlights just how genuinely generous with his time, knowledge, and wisdom John is. But my doing so is an inevitability. Collectability’s — and John’s — integrity and trustworthiness are beyond question.
