Apparently got scammed and never received 2 portraits. Company would not respond to at least 10 inquiries.

I ordered two portraits over a year ago. I’ve tried contacting them multiple times but keep getting the same automated response. Please don’t waist your time. This is a SCAM!!!!

Ordered BOGO dog bed deal from Instagram ad in mid February, received order confirmation and thank you via email with CC transaction shown, it is now late June with no delivery or further communication from them. Website is no longer in service.

Like many others, I ordered and paid for two portraits in early Nov 2020 (Christmas presents for my husband) and have been fobbed off so many times, it's untrue. Absolutely 100% the worst customer service I have ever experience. I suggest you DO NOT PLACE ANY ORDERS!!!

It’s been a YEAR since I’ve ordered. And I don’t even want to recieve it anymore. I got my digital version through email and it looks terrible. I JUST WANT MY MONEY BACK

Ordered 2 products in July of 2020. When one didn’t arrive (has never arrived) I cancelled and asked for a refund. Was given the run around till it was too late to dispute the 1st charge. The second item has also never arrived. Emails were rarely responded to. There was no phone # nor physical address given. The last one, in early December, promised my order was on the way. They seemed to have shut down everything in December and nothing has arrived. They kept over $120 of my money. It looks like these scammers have reopened as ‘Regal Portraits’. Same verbiage, same products offered.

***BTW - I just looked at who rated this scam as “Excellent”. All of them (about 25) are from The Phillippines except four: 2 are from India, 1 from Bangladesh, and the other from U.A.E.***.

It's a scam. My order was never produced. I did see, right as this business was closing, a company called Turn Me Royal popped up. They look exactly the same. I wouldn't trust either.

I order back in October 2020 for my a wedding present for my best friend and wife. Never got anything. Just an automated email. Screw this fake ass company. I truly wish horrible things to the owner of this compnay who takes innocent people's money. Seriously, jump off a bridge bro.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM! I ordered in August 2020. I have emailed them every two weeks and have only received 1 un-automated response. I still have not received the item(s) or even a shipping notification. This company is a scam.

This company is BAD news. They take your money and don’t ship the product. I ordered on 10/16/2020.

I ordered a portrait on Nov 2 for a christmas present.
I was charged but have not received anything portrait or any word from the company.

Do not order... I ordered in August , and still have not received my portrait. I paid for expedited shipping and I still did not receive anything. I just want my money back because the whole system is scam, down to the automated response. Don’t waste your money!!

I ordered a canvas on Black Friday in November 2020, still have received nothing and no response from this company. It is a SCAM - stay away.

I placed an order at the start of October 2020 and whilst everything felt legitimate (slow moving) as they even sent me a "proof copy" of my order but all communication has ceased and nothing delivered.

bought a portrait on 2 nov 2020 and it never came, if i find who the owner of the scam is ill burn his children in front of him.

Ordered on November... still haven't received anything. I live in France i don't know what to do :(
