Helt utrolig rask levering og info hele veien. Even more impressed that this happend between ordering Des 26th and it still arrived 3 days later. Impressed.
The lamp is nice but after installing I noticed the metal top has rust and flaking paint. As it was now installed I am willing to live with it but not very impressed with quality or quality control.

It took over a month to receive the product and it had some defects/poor quality, not to be expected for that price but too much hassle to send back considering we were busy just before vacation.

Customer service not good at all
Received my purchase with a slight injury - not a huge problem - but wanted a refund since the purchase was meant as a gift for christmas.
Sent my first inquiry in December, in February I gave up and sold the thing online. Incredibly slow feedback at first, and then no response when I started demanding action.
In the online world of free delivery, huge selections and low prices, customer service is the one thing that can attract and keep customers. This simply is not good enough, Royaldesign, and I will never again buy something from this website.

Horrible customer service - endless waiting
Horrible customer service! Not to be trusted! Royal Design is highly unprofessional. I placed my order in June, now it is in the middle of October and I still haven't got my delivery. I have tried over ten times both calling and writing email to get some more information. Everyone I talk to at customer service are completely useless and I never get any information about when my order is expected to be delivered. You should definitely order elsewhere.

If any of the ordered items are not in…
If any of the ordered items are not in stock they wait until all items are availible before they send it. You have to call them if you want the on stock items delivered at once. Do not contact by e-mail. They dont reply. When my order was sent. They sent it 10 km from my home and we passed several post/ post nord pick up points on the way. Royal design say they send it to the nearest point. This is not true. My next item that was a lamp they sent the legs to a close point and the lamp shade to the pick up point 10 km away. Expensive and time consuming for me and not very enviroment friendly. I sent complaint and asked for compensation for all tolls I had to pass but the refuse. When I replied they did not bother reply back
