Damaged delivery

Unfortunately, a bar stool was delivered in a badly damaged condition.
We have tried to contact you several times. You have not responded to our emails either.
Perhaps someone else is interested in this problem.
Please reply to our emails and send us a new bar stool.
If I do not receive a reply by Wednesday, December 10, I will activate PayPal buyer protection.

Good customer service

Update:
Got contacted by customer service and now everything is sorted out smoothly.

Original comment:
I have asked for replacement of a broken piece two months ago. They asked for which part and I answered right away. One month waiting time and they claimed never received my answered. Now after sending several emails above how it is going, I never heard back from them again.

Terrible customer service

Terrible customer service. I received a broken product, but it was a nightmare to deal with the customer service representative, who all the way from the beginning made it clear that I was the one to blame for everything that had gone wrong, even though the opposite was true. I also had to pay shipping for a shipment that was supposed to be free. It took forever (more than a month) to get the replacement for the broken part of the furniture I had purchased.

Unacceptable customer service

I was waiting for my delivery for two weeks. After that I just got money transferred back to my credit card. No email. No explanation. Ordered the same product on another website after that, cheaper and got it delivered within a week.

If you cancel my order at least notify me!

Without knowing, it may be that you have chosen to pay your order by card.

When you choose to pay with card Svea can only hold the reservation for a few days (maximum days for reservation may vary depending on which bank you use), after these day the reservation is pulled back. The transaction is then made when we ship your order.

So it may look like you have recevied a refund but in fact your order has not been shipped yet.
