My cat sitter won’t return my house key and Rover won’t do anything about it. You can’t speak to a person and the emails are from AI so I keep getting the same useless response. I’ll have to get the locks changed and this will incur a cost. Also the cat sitter didn’t clean the litter tray so my cat pooed on the floor and he left multiple bags of cat poo in the house while we were away for 2 weeks. Dreadful experience all round. Would not use again!!

worst “support” I’ve ever had in my life. victim blaming approach+gaslighting + delay, deny, defend strategy. it’s like chatting to ai, brick wall. they contradict their own policies by letting owners secretly record u and punish you for it by leaving negative review that makes you lose all your work requests. if you have scary/dangerous experience as a sitter you might as well not tell them anything as they don’t give a shit and don’t take any measure. they ignore you, gaslight you, give you more emotional damage that bad owners themselves.

Loved using the service it made finding pet care very easy. The care giver did an excellent job and we will re-book her in the future. The only real issue I have is the limit placed on the tips. If someone does a great job and I want to give them a generous tip that should be my prerogative. It’s unacceptable that your site puts a limit on it based on the booking price.

My first time using Rover. I had a wonderful experience. The person I booked to dog sit my Yorkie was amazing with him! I had to attend a funeral out of town and needed a last minute sitter. This app was so helpful and easy to navigate. I received a prompt response from the sitter and she communicated constantly, which I appreciated so much!

The Rover app was easy to use. We used a highly rated dog sitter from the app and were very pleased with the service we received. We will definitely use the sitters again. I think Rover did a good job in their description of the sitters, their pricing, and the type of services they provide.

I have had three or four cat sitters since obtaining Snowy, and they have all been friendly cat lovers who enjoy helping him. They follow instructions well, and I love that when I'm out of town, they send photos for each session, keeping me updated on how he's doing. He's always fine and happy to see me when I return, no problems!

I truly have never had a bad experience with this app! And I was introduced to two sitters who I use regularly because my dog adores them. I love this so much better than a kennel, because dogs are typically allowed on furniture, have a 1 or 2 playmates and I receive photos every day. Can't recommend it enough ✨

Rover customer service did not answer me until 5-6 days after my request. Unfortunately their response was only that I look at questions and answers section, they did not help me. Also I found their website difficult to use and maneuver throughout it.

We have had many unsatisfactory experiences with boarding our fur babies in the past at local kennels and other boarding facilities that I was very skeptical about using rover. We have had such amazing experiences with rover and met so many great people that I can’t imagine using any other service!

Catherine was on time, friendly with my dog and took great care walking her. Would hire Catherine again.
