This was my first time using a cat sitter. It was easy to sign up with Rover and very easy to choose a sitter. The sitter was so sweet and sent me little daily updates with photos. They left my house very clean also. I’d definitely use them again.

The pet sitter that I was matched with was excellent. She took very good care of my cat. I will use this sitter again.

Disappointed in the care I got from this agency!

I booked two separate Rover doggie daycares the first one was great she was good with dogs but was inconsistent and had to cancel on me for the whole upcoming week because she had to go out of town and I had to get a refund and then booked with somebody else who was also great butwatched my dog for 2 days and then canceled the last 3 days because their child got sick which I totally understand so I got a refund for that too but the company is great and I would have gave it five stars but just the inconsistency of it and having to scramble around and find more people to watch your dog and people don't respond when you message them there's a lot of people on there that are not very communicative and people charging $50 a day that's $1,000 a month to watch a dog let's get serious that's too much 25 and 30 I can see but $50 come on and so I ultimately just found a doggie daycare business to take him to everyday that way I never have to worry about someone canceling.

It is wonderful to have options for my puppies when I need to be away. I have used Rover for a couple of years now and love the ease and peace of mind.

My experience was great. It was easy to find a cat sitter, book the visits and provide all my pets information. Communication with the drop-in sitter was wonderful both before and during the visits. I really had a sense of peace knowing that my cats were being well cared for during my absence. I will definitely be using Rover again in the future.

Have been using Rover for about 3 yrs. Many pet sitters come and go but everyone I have used has been wonderful.

Easy to request sitter or repeat booking preferred sitter.

Keira is sweet, takes good care of Ranger and the cats and is easy to work with! My neighbor has already talked with her about helping her when she gets knee surgery.

We were able to reach out to several possibly sitters at once and got really quick responses. The reviews and profiles helped give me peace about letting a stranger watch over my puppy. It was easy to use and helped us find last minute help.

I'm giving 4 stars only because I have found someone reliable and local to help out. There are also several others in the area who could be "on deck". Otherwise, I find the site isn't as user-friendly as I would have hoped. I'm learning as I go, but sometimes have to click a bunch of things before I find what I am looking for.

Easy to find a pet sitter close by offering what I needed at a good price. Booked a "meet and greet" before committing, which worked well.
Communicating via the platform is easy too, and had a good experience with the sitter I selected.

I like having a place to hire someone to board my dog.

The sitter was amazing. She pampered and watch over my dog like if it was one of her own. She would send me daily pictures and videos of Isabela. It’s the first time I leave my dog with a stranger and today I can say that I felt like she was family. Isabela was very happy and enjoying play time, walks and socializing with her dogs. I will definitely book her again.
