I don’t go out much and wanting the best for my two Shih Tzus and my 7 parakeets I thought it was impossible but through Rover I was able to find the perfect sitter! We had a short meet and greet, introduced her to my priceless animals and she was very comfortable and so was I. I knew she was experience and the service was professional, friendly and caring. I received a report for each of the days with pictures… priceless! I am going to go out more often and reach out to my same sitter. Love her

Ease of use, I was very happy with the provider of my service.

I have used ROVER twice and both experiences haven't been 5 star. First experience my dog was dropped off at a strangers house and I had to cut my travel plans short to pick her up then was given the wrong dog on arrival etc. The second experience, the sitter was not as inviting upon drop off and not as communicative throughout the booking as promised and my dog's belongings came back torn and she smelled really bad even though we took her to the groomers the day of drop off and it was only a 3-day stay. I had to spend additional money to have her bathed again and washed her bed etc.

Carol was very friendly and our dog Allie was wagging her tail right away when she first met Carol. Carol was very quick to communicate and sent us pictures and videos often to reassure us that Allie was doing fine. We were very pleased with our service and will use Carol again in the future.

Rover came through for me when I suddenly needed a cat sitter on a very short notice. Rover website was easy to navigate and offered profiles of several cat sitters, even in my small town. Each sitter's profile had available references, self-itroduction, details of offered services, and a calendar to check availability. The first person I left message for, met me right away. Both I and my (normally shy) kitty liked that person very much. The actual cat sitting few days later went very well too, with excellent communication while I was away.
I fully intend to use the same service again in the upcoming months. I truly recommend Rover's service.

I have been using Rover for around 5 years and it has been a very useful service and positive experience. I especially value the peace of mind from knowing that Rover provides pet insurance during my dog's stay with his sitter. I also love that sitters are background checked. So far all the sitters I have chosen for my dog have been great! Recently I had a frustrating experience with the website and I couldn't log in. I got an error message when requesting to change my password and I reached out to Rover customer service through the Chat option. The person who helped me was wonderful and explained that the airport/public wifi connections sometimes cause that. I was no longer connected to that wifi and he solved the problem quickly. Another positive experience! I have no complaints.

My experience with my sitter was great. She kept contact and when I texted her about my dog she responded quickly. I would highly recommend this site because of the professionalism and easy way to get a sitter.
