Tomorrow will be 17 days since I sent the track for review, and they still haven't approved it. They don't keep to their deadlines. I don't recommend this service. They don't even respond to Gmail. If the track is under moderation for 19 days, it will confirm the fact that this service is terrible. (P.S. I changed the distributor, and he has fast moderation, and he released my release yesterday, ahahahaha)

I've been waiting for a month to get my stuff approved. Nothing happens.
I wish that I read those reviews before I changed from D-kid.
Now I'm stuck in twilight zone where nothing are coming out and I can't cancel it and return to D-kid.
Big misstake and the timframe that RN says id pure bs. Such waste of time...
Update after response:
I've done that more than once. Probably same people who handle moderation that handles answering mail too since I have not got any sign of life. I'm not sure that this "company" is for real, if it ever was doing something in the past, it has now flatlined and needs to be buried. I believe that all positive reviews are made by trolls.

It may take quite a long time to send various matters, but when it's time to Routrnote support service, they do it excellently and quickly.👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Absolutely terrible, waited for over 30 BUSINESS DAYS, even though the support hub said 17-19 Days. Then they just delete the song, I am guessing they just have too many songs to review and are clearing the backlog by deleting, I can't even delete my account as it says there is money in there, how can there be when you didn't publish my song and just deleted it. Looking forward to the generic response from Alana saying check out the support hub for review times, you don't even read reviews properly. SCAM company, avoid at ALL costs.
EDIT: I went through CD Baby in the end and it was published within 24 hours, no issues, yes I paid, but Album now on Spotify / iTunes / YouTube / Amazon etc

It says: "The RouteNote moderation team are currently approving content within around 16-18 working days (Monday-Friday)"
This is false, and something they point to and update frequently.
But it's a lie.
Send your tracks to RouteNote if you want to have your music sat there, unlooked at, for months.
I sent my music back in mid-January, it's been MORE THAN 40 working days, with no updates.
That's TWICE how long they suggest it will take. I will not be contacting their support, as previous experience tells me that takes weeks to hear anything, and the only way to check is to continually log in to their platform rather than expecting emails.
So to confirm:
* The time they take to approve content is more than DOUBLE what they say
* They provide no updates or feedback
Send your music to RouteNote if you don't care about it actually getting released

I like Routenote because of free distribution. And it's easy to use. The support helped me. And everything was great.

Well It's a very nice one, I don't have money to distribute my own music. Routenote provides us plenty opportunity, and I'm really glad I found this. One of the best, when we need support they always provide sometimes response is late sometimes response is early because they have a lot of workload many people use this it's understandable but they always support.

Quick response time. And always able to help answer any of my questions.
Lastly, friendly customer service!
This is for all my experiences with them.

"RouteNote is a fantastic and highly reliable platform for independent artists. The best part about their service is their accuracy and execution. Whether it is distributing tracks to major platforms or handling profile updates, they do the job perfectly and correctly every single time. I completely trust their process.
The only reason I am giving 4 stars instead of 5 is the processing speed. The moderation time for approving releases and the wait time for support ticket replies are quite long. It requires a lot of patience from an artist's side.
If they can improve their speed and reduce the waiting period, this would easily be a 5-star service. Overall, it is a great platform to work with if you are not in a rush!"

Is this site even live?
I uploaded a song about 5 weeks ago, and it’s still pending review? Someone left a review here saying that it might take a WHILE to go live. A WHILE? Really? That’s taking FOREVER!
In the meantime, I gave up on this and tried to delete my account, but I couldn’t because the site says I have some earnings! WOW (Broken website issue) — it’s my first upload! So I opened a ticket about two weeks ago to cancel the release and delete the account, and guess what? No response!!! Zzzzzzz
Now my song is stuck there. They offer this free tier, but honestly, if a song does well, giving these snails a 15% cut is an amazing deal for them!
So run away from it unless you’re okay with uploading a Christmas track around Easter so it goes live on DSPs on time. Lol! 😅
Update! Update!
Now it’s getting a bit funny to be honest. A staff member managed to reply to my review on Trustpilot at the speed of light… yet I’m still getting no response on the actual RouteNote support platform! 😅
Dear Lord… the waiting with RouteNote is painful. I guess replying to reviews is faster than replying to customers.
Still waiting. Still no help.
Never again.
