Having rented through two other agencies in Rotterdam, I can honestly say that the experience with the team at Rotterdam Apartments was outstanding. From the outset, including the viewing process, contract approval and check in, everything was easy, smooth and professional. And the same when it came to the check-out. The whole team - front office and back office - is highly responsive and helpful. It has been a pleasure for us to be tenants on their books.

I was assisted by the rental agent Noah, the rental agency is super reliable and accurate. I had little to no problems getting the information that i needed as for Noah, he took the time to reassure me and guide me through the process very smoothly, the only thing that was a little hectic was the deadlines for payment were a little short but i completely understand. Perfect communication from Noah. Very good service and great company.

They charged me 1.500 euros of my deposit for cleaning costs, beware of this company. They withheld it first for a month saying they will return my money, then out of a sudden I was charged.

Very poor service and unprofessional . I have a witness who can confirm this claim.
