I ordered an in stock doll and it had arrived within a week, looked just as beautiful as in the pictures and very realistic looking. Candy sent me an email shortly after I ordered the doll and kept me updated on the progress every step of the way, answered any questions that I had with professionalism and was informative of my purchase. Definitely a proud owner of Aurora and will be in the market for another doll soon, needless to say I will be buying again from this website. Hello. All in all, the support is good. One thing was that when I had several questions in an email, she would often only answer one. Also a recommendation from me as I also work in retail. The packaging can be more stable by adding stiffeners inside. The rest was okay. They were also quite patient and responded within 24 hours at the latest.

The doll I ordered was exactly as it looked when I first saw it on the site . The detail was amazing . And Chloe ; who handled all the shipping information ; was also very helpful with any questions or concerns I had while awaiting my order . Very professional and courteous .

Great customer service, and hasty delivery. They claim 1 week delivery, and it arrived in 6 days. Arrived earlier than expected, which messed up my plans a bit lol but great product and delivery!

Rosemary Doll always delivers when it comes to customer service, has the best selection and the most user-friendly website compared to competitors (by far). I received a defective product and Candy immediately made it right by shipping a replacement for free. I can't recommend this vendor enough. I've owned a few TPE torsos over the years, but never had the courage to buy a high-edn full sized silicone doll. When you read about it on the internet, forums, reddit, the amount of conflicting information and advice from people is intimidating. There is just no way to really feel confident about purchasing your first silicone doll, until you just bite the bullet.

On top of that, how do you know which vendor to use? There are so many out there, and you really have to do your research before deciding. What ultimately led me down the path of RosemaryDoll was I liked their website, and I liked that they put factory photos on many of the pages. The prices on RMD is also very good, and they often have promotions.

But mainly it's their customer service! I left some questions in the chatbox and got replies so quickly! They provided additional factory photos and videos and confirmed with the doll studios all the information I needed help with. They were so thorough and went well above and beyond my expectations.

Summer helped me with my first silicone doll purchase ever (FanReal). I had so many beginner questions and Summer had so much patience with me, and answered all of them and triple confirmed with the studio for me. Summer was my guiding light! THANK YOU SO MUCH SUMMER!

And Candy was equally as amazing! I had an issue with one of the heads (Top-CYDoll) and Candy was able to have the studio make me a brand new one, no questions asked! Candy made sure that I would be 100% happy with my product, and I'm so glad she did, because once I received it, I couldn't have imagined my doll any other way.

Apparently someone changed the tracking number and caused some confusion with tracking the product. Summer was very kind and helpful along the way (5 Stars for Summer). The doll arrived in the 5-7 day window and in perfect condition. I could not find anything wrong with it. It is how you say "WOW". The specifications for the doll are true except the height. When standing flat footed, my doll is 147cm. Not a deal breaker for me. The joints in the legs are tight just the way I like it. Posing with legs bent needs strong joints. This 153cm NANNIE is my 2nd huge breast doll. The only thing I have to get used to is the difference between TPE (soft) and Silicone (harder). To me it's like night and day. I own 17 dolls and all are TPE except two. My Zelex 2.0 166K and now Nannies Head with TPE body. As of this review there are 2 NANNIES left. Get yours now before they are Exclusively gone.

I was pretty hesitant about buying one of these Dolls, I didn't know what I was getting into but RosemaryDoll provided great communication and a friendly community to reach out too and ask questions.
Be sure to do some research before buying one of these because you might be surprised at how good these dolls can really look. I ended up spending more then I originally planned because the doll I found was so amazing and much nicer looking then the first doll I considered. Even with some slight flaws in the material I was blown away when the doll finally arrived. And both RosemaryDoll and makers of the doll FireFly Doll have been very accommodating.
If I purchase another it will be through RosemaryDoll.

Awesomeness, just like pictures and details specs of model

I have ordered multiple times from RosemaryDoll.com and all my orders were filled very well. On the two occasions there were shipment damage issues, they were resolved quickly and satisfactorily. Candy helped me get a replacement for a damaged TopCy right away.

I was looking for a doll that was showing as in stock but when I tried to order it, I was informed by "Candy" that the product was out of stock but she would notify me when it was. A few days later, Candy informed me it was no ready. I then did order the doll and it was here in 5 days. #1, they could have taken my money first and then give me the news. But instead were very upfront and honest, that means a lot. Also Candy did follow up with me as soon as it was ready and the process as I mentioned was very smooth and speedy. Looking for my next purchase with Candy now!
