Returning Customer!!

This is my Second purchase from Rosemary Dolls. They truly understand customer satisfaction and are aware of their customers expectations. They galvanize their customers by answering inquiries promptly and are extremely knowledgable in their products. I like to say their greatest attribute towards customer service is paying attention to small details from their clients. I will continue to return, no need to go anywhere else.

Order was changed at the factory without notification from vendor. Unusable without standing option.

Update : I am revising my initial negative review, as an acceptable solution to the problem has been found. I appreciated the personal interaction over the phone, as it allowed us to discuss the details more thoroughly.

I will shop at RosemaryDoll again if I find something interesting.

I ordered my first doll, a Fanreal 166 cm J-Cup Nora doll on March 7. The Fanreal factory did a quick, great job of producing my doll as its production process was already finalized within about a month from the day when RosemaryDoll forwarded my order to the Fanreal factory. On April 11 a kind employee, Rose, from Rosemarydoll reached out to me to inform me about my doll's production and shipping ready status. A few days later on April 16 they shipped the doll's package to the shipping address I had specified in my order, a private transportation company's warehouse in Germany. The package arrived at a private transportation company's warehouse in Germany on April 30 and it was later shipped to my home address in Serbia by DE Prevoz (a private transportation company).

I have had amazing, positive customer experience with RosemaryDoll and I'm very satisfied with my first Fanreal sex doll, its unique, attractive, beautiful design and quality of build including the doll's accessories, too.

I was a bit afraid of being scammed since, when it comes to websites like this, you have to be cautious. But I can confirm that they are legit, responsible and their customer service is a blessing. My order came fast, well packaged and it was completely untouched. I definitely would like to buy more things in the future from them.

My experience with Rosemary Dolls and the wonderful sales lady Candy

I ordered a Starpery 172F IN-STOCK doll and when I received it everything seemed fine as I wanted a sleeping buddy. On the second night I woke up and felt a tear between her butt cheek and leg and I thought how could this happen sleeping and laying on her back.
I emailed Candy and sent pics and she sent silicone glue for the repair but that took a few days but I read on TDF that another product worked better for a unexperienced user so I made the repair with it. Everything seemed fine then after a few days another tear was between her breast and side of her chest. I thought WHAT is going on with this doll as Ive had silicone dolls from another makers and zero problems for over a year. So I again made the repair and told Candy sent pics and she forward them to Starpery.

Again a few days later 3 small perfectly diagonal cut holes between her upper chest and neck and this time the holes were perfectly spaced apart and in a circular patten. I was thinking this is where Starpery injects the gel into the breasts. I emailed Candy sent pics told her the situation, told her that this isnt right something is wrong with this dolls body and she then contacted Starpery and agreed something was wrong with the doll. So Starpery sent another body and I was able to pick another body so this time I picked a completely different body cause I was thinking, if I picked the same one there might be a chance that the body would do the same if made on the same day.

While waiting for the new doll to be delivered the doll was standing upright not being touched it tore again, this time it was on the side of her breast and a 4th cut hole appeared inline perfectly as the other 3 holes. So again I made the repair and I emailed Candy about the doll and sent pics and she forwarded them to Starpery. I received the new body and taking pics as I lifted her out of the box both shoulders were damaged from staples used in shipping. I emailed Candy and sent pics of the damage and the box and she contacted Starpery what had happen. I made a claim from the shipping company and Rosemary also made a claim and waiting the outcome on this and Im hopeful something will be done about it.

While doing the repair on the dolls shoulders I notice that the silicone was completely different from the first doll, still about the same softness but felt tough and durable while the first doll felt a little like jelly. Rosemary offered for my trouble of this repair a big discount on another IN STOCK doll if I wanted, which I took them up on this amazing offer. So when the 3nd doll came out of the box THERE it was again, this doll had staple marks and dents in the silicone but didnt have any damage in the silicone and this should go back to normal in a few days. This 3nd doll is made the same way as the second doll the silicone is different so I am happy so all is good.

There are a few things I would like to praise on.
1. Candy, she is a AWESOME sales lady that really cared and she was there every step of the way solving these problems for me.
2. For Rosemary doll for being a great reliable vendor that you can trust.
3. For Starpery for standing behind their products, which a lot of companies wouldn't.
If I get another doll I will definitely go through Rosemary doll and I will ask for CANDY, SHE is the BEST

Huge selection fast shipping, great communication awesome customer service

She is very hard to move around and not what we expected. Wish she was lighter and did not know it was a wig she had on. Her mouth was a little ripped also

We ordered an in-stock torso, which was supposed to be delivered within 5-7 days, as stated on the webpage. It's over 6 weeks now, and we have no indication whatsoever of what the status of our order is.
Very poor customer service.

I ordered an in-stock doll. The order was handled promptly and the doll made it in about 10 days. The head came in a separate box, but both came on the same day. No damage, no issues. All good. I can say that Rosemary doll did a great job.

The service is exceptional, happy they provided factory photos. Will continue working with them for future orders.

They went above and beyond to help correct an order after I received a defective item initially. Excellent after-purchase service.
