Dreadful

Dreadful , selling cheap items and asking for lots more money , and not good at refunds m still waiting. 9 days after it was supposedly refunded to my bank !! Never again , I’d say to people don’t bother you will only be very disappointed

Stunning bracelet

I was stunned at my bracelet. It looks exactly like my dog! My one dislike is that the charm has a tendency to flip over. But the style more than makes up for it. Buy with confidence. So cute!

Order didn't arrive after paying 25 euro. No email or notice

Ordered My friends daughter a inflatable cow toy from here that yoi can get the name printed on the scarf, I places my order 7 days before I needed it but just incase I paid 25 euro for a urgent order which stated it would arrive in 2 to 4 days.

Instead of paying a total of 40 euro I paid 65 but felt it was worth it for ot to arrive. In the Thursday (before the weekend) I emailed to say I couldn't see update in tracking order and wanted to make sure it was going to arrive before sunday. I got an email back on Friday saying the order is delayed by 1 to 3 weeks but had no notification or idea this was the case until I reached out. I was offered to cancel my order which I did by replying to the email and have not received anything back in 2 days. I am hoping this is as nobody is working the weekend.

Avoid! Dishonest!

Ordered a valentines gift of a matching pair of hoodies and received a completely mismatching set. The colours received weren’t even in the list to choose from and were vile. Then the cheeks refused to refund me, absolutely disgusting following an order in good faith. Will never order from them again!

The bracelet is way to big and the dogs…

The bracelet is way to big and the dogs heads are too heavy for bracelet and one of my dogs have one eye and you added an eye which I did not want, I wanted it to be him. Very disappointed

Customised His and Hers Hoodies for Valentine's

I ordered customised hoodies for myself and my husband as a valentine's present and when they arrived they were the wrong colour (should be forest green and burgundy - received black and brown) with wrong colour embroidery. They were also supposed to be a 2XL and an XL and both hoodies were the same size with the labels cut out and no way of telling what size they actually were. I contacted customer support and received no reply to my email so I escalated the issue with PayPal who have found in favour of the seller saying the items were not damaged or as described despite submitting photographs of the issue. I've had no communication from the company at all. Their returns policy states that if a wrong product is shipped then I am entitled to a full refund but despite disputing the charge with PayPal I am still £47 out of pocket with two hoodies that are only fit for the fire! If I could give a zero rating I would. Stay clear and don't get ripped off by these scammers.

Not received my order

I placed my order on October 29, 2025. The status still shows as ‘In Production.’

I have sent several emails requesting an update and also asked for a refund if my order has not been processed. However, the contact information listed on the portal is not working.

Misrepresentation

My husband ordered personalised prayer mats for us. Firstly, they’re ridiculously thin, like a microfibre cloth for cleaning. Secondly, he specifically asked for blue & white mats - they’re yellow & blue, as in canary yellow. Avoid! They wouldn’t even apologise nevermind offer a refund for this joke of a product.

Mugged off…

Ordered product 9th February today 24th February and still haven’t received it. No tracking number or shipping update. Tried emailing them with email address provided it says email address doesn’t exist. Starting to think I’ve been mugged.
