Going through the process of a refund but don't like my chances

Ordered 4 sets of outfits. All nice material and all true to size. Didn’t take too long to arrive.

The pictures were amazing, but the product was ill fitting and cheap material. I returned it and to this day (returned 6/10/23) I’ve not heard back from them or been reimbursed. They’re illegal and just bad

Do not purchase from them, their return policy is that you must cover the cost to China. This will cost more than the item you purchased!!!

This set runs small. To get a refund, they require you to pay return shipping to China and only offer a $4 refund and a 25% discount off a future order. Not acceptable. The quality is not great, seams snagged while trying on.

They are a complete scam. I purchsed a jumper. When it arrived, it looked nothing like the picture. I requested a refund. This is the email they sent back.

We can refund you full amount of the items after you return back it , but you should pay for the postage.
But the posatge also very expensive , we do not recommend it .
and if there is custom problem , you will responsible for it .the custom fees also very expensive .
We can refund you 5$ as compensation at most and you keep the item,is it ok?

One star bc I ordered from this company twice and received a pretty decent item the first time around. Quality is good and has held up all summer. I get compliments on it and thought since I had a good experience with this one item that the site would be legit and the items for future orders would come as described. I learned the hard way how wrong I would be.

My second experience I spent about $90 and the items were such poor quality it was a joke. Fabric types were wrong and the sizing did not match the size chart as listed on the website. When I reached out for a refund they offered me $5 to keep the items like…I’m throwing these directly into the trash bin sir, you better be joking. I asked for a full refund and they said it would be too expensive to ship back to China. I looked up the cost to ship back and it would have been about $35 on USPS. I wasn’t about to pay MORE money to ship back to China only to get scammed again, so I kept haggling with them via PayPal. I eventually settled on getting $40 back as they declined settling for any more than that.

In your negotiations via PayPal, I was successful when I mentioned that the items were such poor quality I would never enjoy them. I got my $40 via PayPal immediately. Basically, their return policy is nonexistent and they will not be fair in making things right should your order come in poor condition. I will NEVER order from one of these sites ever again and I’ve learned my lesson the hard way. If you have ordered via PayPal, make a claim through them and don’t negotiate via email - it won’t go anywhere.

Anyway, HORRIBLE customer service. All these websites are the same. DO NOT order from them!!

Also had a terrible experience with Roschic. I asked ro return some dresses i bought that were too small. I was offered $4 refund and when I pushed back i was offered $7 & highly recommended to not pay for the intl shipping to China. I considered for a $75 order, it wouldn't cost much to ship back but I do not trust they will actually refund me. DO NOT BUY THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

Wish I had read these sooner! Definitely a scam site. Dress arrived a month later than expected, very poorly sewn, way too big, ripped, in a cheap polyester fabric when it was listed as linen. When I contacted them to return it, they said I’d have to pay for the expensive international shipping for it to be reimbursed. Then they emailed offering 25% off my next order to settle it. After some back and forth, they offered a $5 reimbursement. I reported it to PayPal whom unfortunately didn’t enforce anything for them, but will keep trying. Notice their website only has 5 star reviews that are clearly fake and filtered. Their Instagram has maybe 3 posts all with no likes or comments. Save your money and hopefully this dishonest business will get shut down soon!

Crappy Chinese product as usual. Dont purchase its a waste of money. They are getting clever. Buy on PayPal once you see its a Chinese company you can cancel the order immediately.

The quality of fabric and seam is absolute garbage. I bought summer dresses but the synthetic fabric is so heavy and hot. The weight is pulling at the seams is exposing them. What's more insulting is that I submitted a product review for three stars, but it never posted. The item had NO reviews posted that weren't 5 stars!! They're hiding the negative feedback!

Ordered a dress from Roschic. It arrived 30 days later and was all ripped and torn. I asked to return it and they said I would have to pay the fees to ship it back to China and they would offer me $3 total for the refund (dress was $50). Complete scam of a site!!!!

Wish I had seen this sooner!!! Total trash and sizing is inconsistent. Pieces look nothing like the pictures and definitly do not fit as shown. I'm 5'6" and 130lbs and small was HUGE!!! it was the smallest size in one dress and you coule have fit another person in it. What a waste of money!

Garbage. Might as well light your money on fire. Slave laborers. The product is not at all what is depicted in their advertisements. Just people making a living scamming others. Hell is waiting. ✌️

Really poor quality dress, and the customer service sucks. And contrary to what their website says, they really don’t have a return policy. They said I can ship back the dress, but have to pay an extreme amount to ship it back to China. Only offered me a three dollar refund.

This company is a scam. Like the other reviews here, if I could give zero stars I would.

I experienced a standard bait and switch experience where the pictures didn’t match what I received. The shipping time took forever and the quality of the design, fabric, stitching all of it is garbage.

If I could post pictures here to prove this I would. The items look like a cheap Halloween costume quality, the fit is not comparable at all with how they are presented, they all have with exposed elastic in the stitches (cheap) and fabric that feels like it would crumble if you grabbed it. Kind of like crepe… not silky/flowy or soft at all.

After my disappointment in receiving non-satisfactory items that didn’t fit or match as described, I initiated their “refund process” and they can only offer me $5 and 25% off a future purchase. What a joke.

Why would I ever purchase again from them? How is $5 even close to what I outlayed at all? Why is the fact that a return is possible implied on the site and yet not freely shown that it’s to China?

I am out almost $100 and pretty annoyed, not all of us have the luxury of just throwing away money. While I’m sure people could say “you are just another sucker,” not so fast. With the flood of new online retailer businesses and lack of standard requirements for an online reseller to post/prove legitimacy it’s not as easy as some are implying here. They did have a mentioned return process and even legit businesses don’t always post an address of location for the returns.

I didn’t think this would be so blatantly low quality in comparison with their representation of the products online. I try not to buy clothing from Amazon, or other junk fashion brands that over produce unnecessary items. This didn’t look like a “fast fashion” company but it clearly is now that I have received the ridiculously low quality pieces from them.

Companies like this are creating more waste in the world so they can make a buck (actually more than a few bucks) by a seemingly legitimate business that delivers fake and low quality goods. This is fraudulent and lacks truth in marketing, but since they are an international company my hope is that they can be prevented at some level from doing “business” (aka scamming) as freely as they have been till now.

Misleading advertising. Received what we’re supposed to be jeans, and received the ugliest polyester/Lycra pants I’ve ever laid my eyes on. Will not order from them again, ever.

Buyers beware! The other reviews are on par with my experience. I sent 2 follow-up emails to the company asking for shipping updates after placing the order and receiving no information for weeks after the initial order confirmation. I received the items 20 days after the order confirmation. The items were very cheap versions of the items pictured on the website. The colors were clearly not as shown in the photos. Also, as others have commented, sizing was not consistent with those as outlined on the website. The website states a 45-day return policy but when asking for return information the replies back first start with bargaining - will give you $5 because according to the reply, it's so expensive to return the items. After pressing for the return information again they offered a 25% on future purchases. IMO the item quality and lack of service it is not worth the hassle. Lesson learned - stick with reputable retailers.

N'achetez pas ces produits ! La qualité est horrible. Une robe à plus de 34$ est arrivée mal coupée et importable donc j'ai demandé un remboursement. Mais pour un remboursement complet, il faut renvoyer la robe en Chine à ses frais qui ne seront pas remboursés sinon le site vous offre 5$ (après une première offre à 3$). Une expérience horrible avec de mauvais produits et un encore pire service client ! N'ACHETEZ PAS CES PRODUITS !

Do not buy those products! Quality is bad. More, one 34$ dress was misshapen thus unwearable and you have to return it at your own cost to China before a full refund (not including postage fees) or they offer a 5$ refund (first offer was 3$). Really bad experience, awful products and even worse costumer support. DO NOT BUY!
