Applied for the managers job here but got bad feedback and the person was really rude I've got a lot of experience in charity shops but just got rejected when I asked why the lady was offensive ,avoid the shop staff very unpleasant I went in with my family no welcome and staff ignored us not nice my atmosphere my review is what I experienced of course the company will deny any wrongdoing

I received your application on Sunday 27th April @ 11:13am for the role of Charity Shop Manager within our Falkirk location.
Having read your CV, there was no note of any charity retail work noted on your CV.
I responded thanking you for your application and noting we were only taking forward applications for those with Charity Retail experience. I wished you the best with your recruitment search. There was nothing rude about this reply.
You responded to me 10 minutes later to advise you did have charity retail experience.
I responded promptly to your reply and thanked you again for your response. I advised there is no mention on your CV of this type of work and suggested that other employers may overlook your CV if it’s not up-to-date and mention vital information relevant to the job you are applying for.
This e-mail was courteous and I strenuously deny any communication from me was rude.
To date, you have never updated your CV and resent to me in order for me to consider you for the role.
I have a trail of our communications which I can share with you as a reminder of our message conversations, should you require it.
I am always open to honest reviews, and indeed, welcome them.
Despite your erroneous review designed to simply try and damage our charity, I would still welcome a phone call to discuss.
