RW4Y has eneacted the order so far perfectly. The only comment one can make is that the transport company did not as they had said phone or text with a time slot unlike every other transport company whom can give you a 1 or 2 hour window. Luckily we were available at time it arrived.

Tired of waiting
Being informed, say an hour before delivery would be helpful instead of waiting in all day.delivered at5pm.
Then driver left the window 20yds from my door, telling me it wasn't heavy.
I am 78.then also had to get it up my steps

Hi Robert, we're sorry you didn't have a good experience with the delivery company we use.
We have spoken to them about this issue, and they confirmed it was booked two days prior to the delivery date. However, it is an all-day service, unfortunately, unless you pay for AM or PM slot.
All deliveries are also kerbside only and at the driver’s discretion if they want to take it any further. We hope that clears that up for you and hasn't caused you too much further trouble.

The seals I required had to be made in…
The seals I required had to be made in Poland and sent to UK. However, I was sent messages informing me of progress and approximate delivery dates. This is important to customers who are having to wait.

Excellent product as always from Fakro.
The only disappointment was the premium they charge for the conservation feature ... a thin black strip of metal running vertically down the centre of the window. I wouldn't dream of paying the premium for a feature I don't want but which my council requires.

We were impressed with the product
We were impressed with the product . We only dropped a star as the material was packaged on a pallet they were wanting to charge us extra money for . Thankfully our supplier sorted this for us .
