Just placed my second order with this company . First order was the suction hooks after trying various other brands we finally got one that worked . Hoping our second order is as successful can’t wait to get our toilet roll holder .

I am extremely disappointed with my experience with ROHA Home.

I purchased the ROHA suction hooks, but unfortunately they were not suitable for my needs. I contacted customer service within two days of receiving them, well within the stated 14-day refund policy.

ROHA Home sent me a refund form to complete and asked me to email it back to them. I completed and returned the form promptly the same day. However, the email address they asked me to use is the same email address I had previously used to contact them and receive a response. It is also the same email address listed on their website. Every attempt to send the completed form has since come back as undeliverable.

Over the past two days, I have tried emailing several times, contacting them through the website contact form, and calling the telephone number listed on their website: +1 (307) 314-2916. I have had no response at all.

This is completely unacceptable. A company should not advertise a 14-day refund policy and then make it impossible for customers to complete the return process because the listed contact details do not work.

At best, this is extremely poor customer service. At worst, it raises serious concerns about how ROHA Home handles returns and refunds. I would strongly caution others before ordering from this company.

Easy to install and nice design. Had a problem with delivery but this was quickly solved in a very friendly manner.

Products look and feel well made, they do what is "says on the tin" The price is a little expensive but the quality of the product pushes my purchase

Since there were no instructions I applied the adhesive disc to the hook rendering them unusable.

I love these products and have now purchases some hooks, a loo roll holder and a towel loop typr holder for my sister!

I finally received my Roha Hooks. It took some time, as I had made a mistacke in the adress line. (i put the wrong country code in adress, and it took customer service 3 month to correct and get them sent to me). So ofcource I was exited to see if they actually would mount on the wall without falling down. And they do. For a week now they are still on the wall very firmly. So compared to other suction hooks I have tried - these works.

I received the item damaged and with cracks

I have just received two products to add to my new bathroom today,a towel rail and a soap d is sh.I am so pleased I have ordered another product.The goods are great quality and so easy to put up as well as being really sturdy.

Good product and quick delivery!

After my negative experience with delivery times, I was contacted by the company's customer service team and we found a solution to compensate for the delay. Good response.

I can't be happy, because we didn't receive our order.
It's strange that the other order with the same product and delivery adress, was immediately putted correctly in the eSafe-box. Bad job of the deliviry company !!!

The item does not stay attached everywhere as described by you, and moreover the return is not free of charge.

Without the adhesive pads supplied, the buttons wouldn’t last an hour. The toilet roll holder doesn’t come with an adhesive pad, so you have to help yourself. The surface was thoroughly cleaned beforehand, as recommended.
Overall, given the compelling online marketing and the good design, I had expected a different level of product quality.
However, ROHA responded to my review right away and handled the complaint fairly and promptly, They apologised for the inconvenience and initiated a refund of the purchase price for the item in question. ROHA's customer service is fast, efficient, and very friendly.

Well, I was really excited to receive these as they would’finish’ off my new kitchen but they unfortunately fail to stick… I wanted them to stick/ suction onto the side of an mdf kitchen cupboard …to hold a very light tea towel… nope, it lands on the floor then after then dogs unbeknown to me have trampled on the towel it has to be washed so I’m washing a lot!

I have now bought items for the bathrooms there twice. Extremely convenient because no drilling is required. And a beautifull design too. I now have my third order for the kitchen pending.

Easy to order, fast delivery and materials of high quality. They said it will stay on the wall and hold some weight and it does! Highly recommended!

The quality of the products is 105% OK!

Hello. Unfortunately, I was unable to try your product because the courier "lost" it. I waited to write the review, as I tried every possible way to retrieve the package. I find myself forced to place another order, but I ask you to choose a different courier (the one that lost the package is GOFO).
