Disappointed with incorrectly sized items.
Unfortunately the items I received were incorrect sizes. I informed Rocket&Rose straight away but received no response. Only got back to me once I raised a dispute through PayPal. They advised they would send me the correct items. They didn't send them. Weeks later Rocket& Rose organised for a return of the items but failed to inform me the option for return would be collected from my home. Thankfully I was at home at the time of collection. Communication was very difficult and I still haven't had an apology. Thank goodness for PayPal helping with the dispute as I tried a number of channels including Facebook and Emails. I will not be ordering from them again. I was very disappointed.

Great choices, quality, ethics
The choice and quality of items are really good and the website is easy to use. I am impressed by the environmental ethics of the company itself also.
I know the time I ordered was a very busy period but I feel the updates on order status (particularly delivery details) could have been better. However, when I did receive communication it was very helpful. Had the communication been that bit better I would have given a 5* review.

Shocking service level, but nice T-shirt
Lovely T-shirt for my granddaughter, but service level was shocking! I ordered the T-shirt via Not on the High Street and it arrived at my billing address in Lancashire, instead of with our granddaughter in Notts. R&R tried blaming NOTHS, when in fact, the T-shirt was dispatched directly from them! They had BOTH the delivery and billing address showing on the envelope and drew a paltry circle in biro, around the delivery address; hence the reason why it was delivered to my invoice address, because that appeared on the LHS of the package! Lack of care.. can’t believe they were so lazy to have both addresses showing on the package; plus, when I challenged them and told them they had lied to me, by trying to say that NOTHS had dispatched the parcel, they have completely ignored me. Sure they’re great when everything goes swimmingly and I have to admit their products are lovely, but their service is abysmal and they really don’t care about the inconvenience they caused for me!

Very poor customer services!!!
Ordered goods from this company 10 days still no delivery. I have tried to contact them but no response. Their online chat is not available and there is no contact number so no sure where their customer services are??Very disappointed as wanted them for a family trip this weekend.

9-11 is smaller
Than my previous item of 7-8.
