Shockingly awful company. Ordered from them, confirmation of order received, but no items dispatched and no response to any of my emails. DO NOT USE. Put of pocket and nothing received.

Ordered a t-shirt on 8 March. As of today, I still have not received it (14 April). My interactions with Gemma have been rude and unhelpful. I was told it was in the post but have never received any tracking information. I can't even communicate with her any further as it's too distressing. Reporting to my bank as fraudulent activity.

Horrific and upsetting customer service. Tshirt was enormous and all creased up. Totally wrong size sent. Advised to send back for a replacement to be sent. No replacement sent and only tshirt cost refunded. Smaller size was still being advertised on website so no excuse. Out of pocket by £7.30 postage costs and no tshirt. No response to emails. So rocket and rose you can respond here. You owe me postage still. The sizing is totally wrong.

From what I understand these are made on demand. I reckon I waited 3 months for 3 t-shirts. I bought them believing that they would be good quality. The white ones are see through. So I advise against buying the white ones.

I.enjoy the humour these bring and I'll buy again, but no white t-shirts. Extremely disappointed in the quality of them

The wrong sizes were sent to me. After getting in contact I was asked to send them back and my postage would be refunded ‘ASAP’ as well as new items sent out. It’s nearly been nearly 2 months, I’m still waiting for my items and postage refund. Honestly it’s ridiculous! The company only gets in contact if I email first, no updates. Worst customer experience I’ve had in a long time!

I bought two personalised T-shirts. Arrived fast . Good quality. True to size. Uk based. I would buy again.

I got a surprise £15 box and it was amazing. Most of the clothes where personalise and fantastic quality. Got a couple of extra bits and bobs to that where so thoughtful.

Order was severely delayed thanks to Royal Mail. Lovely email received from Gemma to say if it wasn’t received by a certain date let her know and she would make another personalised stocking for me. Thankfully it arrived today saving another from being made/sent out.

Lovely T Shirt..Good quality..logo cute...The only problem was the time it took to arrive. Missed my daughters birthday..

I have not yet received my order and have received no update. I have tried chasing via the contact on the website but again have received no response or even an acknowledgment of my contact

Order took +3wks to arrive. 7 days after my dispatch notification i requested information on shipment to track down the purchase, zero response on 3 separate occasions. It eventually arrived but only after I had ordered replacements elsewhere. Quality is as expected for £5 product. But wouldn’t use them again due to zero customer service.

Gemma was so helpful when I needed a shirt at the last minute! It arrived a few short days later and is gorgeous! My daughter looked so cute and we got so many compliments! A big thank you to Gemma for all her help. Will definitely be shopping here again!

Always love the selection and the sizing is really good!
Ordered quite a few times over the years and always been happy.
Have recently used the clearpay option also.
