I have purchased several items from Rockbrossport and they have been good quality and value for money. The staff are really helpful and communication is great.

Found what I needed and not a knock off, Got a bonus little off as new customer. ( Only new as used in past but was through shops not online)
Heavy weight rear MTB rack that holds twice the weight of imitations
Price was average (in today's world really no complaints though honestly i'd have preferred a little cheaper like used to be) but worth it as exactly as sold, describled and very quick delivery.
Tested thoroughly and it actually holds the weight.

I needed a bike part replacing to my saddle bag because my bike was stolen. As the part was not available on the website, with a few emails back and forth to Rockbros they were able to find me the part to replace the one stolen.

Service was quick, polite and helpful.

I ordered some cycle mirrors from this company and when they came there was one part of the order that was incorrect, I contacted them, they responded within a day and were very helpful and easy to communicate with, they issue a return free of charge and a correct part sent out. The parts were of a great quality and at the right price, definitely will always use this company when I need something that they have, would highly recommend to anyone

I ordered a Sold Secure Gold Folding Bike Lock. Received regular updates during transfer, arrived in perfect condition. The lock itself is of high quality, more versatile and easier to use than my U-lock. The lock can be mounted on the bike frame bottle holder screws, compatible, well thought out design.  Happy customer.

i own 4 rockbross rear lights. had a issue with one and they sent out a replacement which arrived in 2 days. they respond to emails promptly. great product and great customer service

Can't fault for the price

Although this is a lovely looking product at a very cheap price which came promptly and well packed I could not get it to fit on the bars and ring. I have 3 bikes 2 drops 1 straight all with different widths and although I tried all configurations the bell would not ring when stable and not overtightened. I have a Spur bell (expensive) which works perfectly. I did not send it back as it was not economical to do so and I didn't have all the original packaging

I was dissatisfied with the size of the product, as, I felt mislead about the size description of the item of clothing. When viewing the item in the first instance, for purchase, the size said it was a medium. But, when I received the item it had a label in it describing it as Chinese medium, European small. So, that was deceptive. It meant the item of clothing fitted more snug and therefore less comfortable. I couldn't be asked to through the returns process, due to the aggravation and delays.

Product is quality and so far it has been reliable. Pricing may be there compared to others, but overall I think the quality beats the price

Helmet was good but the visor does not react to sun light.

Bought a pair of cycling shorts and they arrived just in a clear bag so it was obvious what I’d bought to anyone handling the package. The shorts were see through so I went through the process of returning which was horrendous. Took days for a reply and even longer to get a return address. Just hectic from start to finish. Not a good experience at all.

I do not know what is wrong with you people but I sent you a lot of emails and you could not send me one back that is not the way you should be. I will shop with you people again as you can't reply back to me you will need to get this sorted

Ordered summer fingerless gloves, Delivery was really fast. Ordered XXL, I normally wear XL specialised gloves and the XXL fitted perfectly.
Really good quality, stretchy with padded areas. Fantastic value, souch so I've ordered the autumn full finger gloves.

I bought the Rockbros 3-piece kids helmet set and was a bit hesitant because of the price, but it was absolutely worth every penny. The quality is great, it fits well, and gives me peace of mind knowing my child is protected. Delivery was reasonably fast too. Very happy with the purchase and would definitely recommend!

Items were missing on delivery, customer service replaced them straight away free of charge.
The pedals were great as well, very pleased.
