Bad customer service and waste of money

I ordered a size small crop t shirt and when on I received my order I got a long wide shirt labeled "small". I've emailed website 3 times to get correct size or money back..no reply!! Really bad customer service and waste of money!!

Bad customer service

I have ordered from this company before and it went very well. So I ordered again and this will be the last time. Order says it was shipped on the 5th of February 2018 it is now the 22nd of February. I have tried emailing and I received an automated email saying someone would contact me in 24 hours. It has been a week and still no contact.

Ordered a shirt on 1/25/18 and have yet…

Ordered a shirt on 1/25/18 and have yet to receive it. When trying to inquire about my order at store@rock I get a Failure Notice reply email. Why not have a phone number or a working email. DON’T DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY!!!! Total rip off!!! Heading to Google for another negative review!

I ordered a vinyl last Dec.22 as a Christmas gift to my boss and it has not come still..I’ve attempted emailing them and their email states the “ 3rd Party “ has the shipping information. I just want to know if they have shipped it or not they should have obtained that information to give me some closure. Also when I sent a second email stateing I want a refund no response has been given. Don’t think I will be using them again. Still haven’t got my product and I’m out a gwap of money. Very unprofessional.
