Do not order from this company!!! They are thieves!! You never receive your item and they tell Paypal its shipping so paypal closes your claim and you cant open it again!!! And you never receive anything!!! Ordered November 30th!! Was a christmas gift for my grandson.

I will never do business with them again. I ordered a wallet on November 18th. To date, I have not received it. After many emails inquiring about my purchase and not getting a response, I sent another saying I was going to contact PayPal and get my money back. Then they responded with shipping info. The item is coming from China!

Ordered a leather puffer jacket and I expected it to be of a higher quality. Would have been nice if it had canvas and stitching on the back. I thought that the jacket would have been heavier...it was advertised as being leather and lined with fleece. It turned out to be 100% polyurethane shell and 100% thin polyester lining. Also advertised as being perfect for motorcycle bikers. A biker would have been extremely upset with this product. Also the zipper starts on the opposite side of what I'm accustomed to. Shipping time is slow to what Americans are accustomed to, but is acceptable for it was shipped internationally. It took about 3 weeks for it to get to me. This sounds like a negative review, but I am overall happy with the product and the experience as I am not a biker. Norton applications may flag personal84.com as being a fake store, but I assure you that it is indeed legitimate.

I had a great experience with Personal84. They sent me a coupon, and I was able to use that for my custom t-shirt order.

I placed an order for a hoodie for my fiance who is a disabled vet, Personal84 took my money and they sent the package to the billing address which never got here, then when I asked the shipping address be corrected, they changed the address on the label, but not the zip code. the package has been going all over Texas but never landing where it needs to be. Requested a refund yet to be refunded or answers to my emails. This is the WORST customer service I have ever dealt with. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY OR SANITY WITH THIS COMPANY!!!

I was going to wait to write this review until I received my items but I have decided that my one star review would not change even if this package does miraculous appear. I ordered three tumblers on November 22nd, 2023 they were supposed to be a matching gift for me, my mom, and my sister. At this time I ordered these tumblers I ordered another set of tumblers from another website. The second website the tumblers were made, shipped, and arrived and I still had not heard anything from Personal84. I contacted their ticket service via their website because they don't have a phone number where you can reach anyone. I never received a response. After careful consideration and reading all their reviews I decided I didn't believe they were a legitimate company and made a PayPal claim agaisnt them. That apparently got their attention because before I knew it I had a tracking number and e-mail saying they had shipped the package but because of the time of year it was the carriers (USPS) fault it hasn't arrived. The response I finally received after making the paypal claim was on December 8th, 2023, TWO WEEKS after I placed the order. The tracking showed it was in an unknown city in New York and had been in that city since November 30th. The representative e-mailing me asked me to remove my Paypal claim. I told them no not until I actually receive the items I paid for. I then received another e-mail saying the items should be delivered today 12/14/23 and if I would remove my Paypal claim. I checked the tracking the package is in Georgia (I am in Florida) so I know it is not getting delivered today. I told them once I receive the items I will remove the claim if the items arrive undamaged and as described. I would NEVER recommend anyone EVER use this company for anything. This was supposed to be a nice holiday gift but it has turned into a nightmare. I actually reordered a different design off of Etsy and those items are already made and shipped being Delivered on Saturday. Personal84 continues to blame it on the post office but I have had issues with no other item but with Personal84, even if the stuff looks cute don't waste your time and money on this supposed business. As of my review I have still not received my items and in a week it will be a month since I ordered them. BUYER BEWARE!!!

Ordered on personal84, initially I had no shipping information, no tracking tracker, the order waited a long time, came in bad packaging, the t-shirt was in obscure stains, I did not like it.

Absolutely horrible!!! Never ordering again from PERSONAL84 website. They deserve NO stars! For one thing, no tracking info was ever provided for my order. I did finally receive my order, but was very disappointed with it. It says plain and clear on their website that the customized poster I ordered would be "shipped in protective tube". I have screenshots to prove it. When it arrived it was all folded up and shoved inside a plain white bag mailer. It was all creased up and a far cry from a rolled poster in a protective tube as the website stated it would be. Not to mention, the name on the bag was a different company name (Letian Ebusiness) with a different address than advertised on the Personal84 site. This seems like a huge SCAM to me. I used the customer support email provided on their site and got what seemed like a random generated email back saying "We are so sorry for any inconvenience this may cause you.
As we try our best to provide exceptional service, some factors like shipping and handling are out of our control and issues like this can happen".
I ordered it as a gift for someone, and I didnt care about the money. I really just wanted a replacement sent to me in the tube as stated it would be, so it wouldn't be in such terrible shape. They offered no response to my request for replacement or refund if they wouldn't resend it. They should be held responsible for what they say on their website in their own words. I've reached back out and gotten no further response. BEWARE THIS COMPANY!!!

If i could give this company negative stars i would. I ordered over a month ago and still no tracking updates, no product and they will not answer any of my emails. I would strongly suggest no one buys from this company!

I never received the purchased item and the seller didn’t answer any of the questions. No tracking number nothing. This person is a scammer for sure.

Being able to customize the article I ordered made a huge difference.

I love the shirt, the overall design is great. Would rather have the Polar Bear insignia instead of the state flag because this is military.
The one problem I have is the punctuation and spacing: there should be a period after the S in U.S. and the hyphen on the year line does not have a space on both sides.
