Robinsons Relocation has done a brilliant job for me on 2 international moves over the years. The movers and office staff have been consistently world-class. Competent, professional, helpful and cheerful. Home-moves are inherently stressful and tiring, but the team at Robinsons hugely alleviated the pain for this happy customer. Thank you, Robinsons!

Excellent all round and would certainly have no hesitation in recommending them

I cannot state how impressed we were with Robinsons on our recent move. We changed house last minute and they showed amazing flexibility in adjusting the schedule. The Team who worked on our job were all great, they couldn't do enough for us and were so adaptable - the packaging was impressive, none of our fragile items were damaged which was some achievement.

The Team in the office were equally impressive and responsive - we would highly recommend them for any type of move

Home visit to estimate price for our move was professionally managed resulting in a competitive quote. Liaison with Robinsons Basingstoke office was easy and jolly! On our moving day Geoff, and his colleagues were prompt, polite, cheerful and flexible - on what was a stressful day for us. In summary Robinsons provided great service from first engagement to the end of our successful move.

Outstanding service from Robinsons - from the packing the day before to the moving day itself, James, Tony and Michael worked tirelessly and with such great humour and positivity, it made an otherwise stressful day completely manageable.

The crew worked extremely hard and kept going into the evening to ensure we got the move completed. A very professional service for which we are extremely grateful. Second move with Robinsons in the scope of 9 years. First one in 2013 and again recently. Items were in storage and was delivered safe and sound to Scotland after 6 months in storage.
Hope I never have to move again but if I do … It will be Robinsons.

Very efficient,polite team. A few difficulties which were sorted.had a wait of 45minutes at our new address. Then it got a little bit hurried. The man in charge was brilliant. Would recommend Robinsons. Staff in the office were friendly and helpful.

Brilliant experience from move manager to the guys on the day. We had to move at very short notice and Robinsons were very flexible in acommodating us. The team were friendly and considerate and did a good job. We will certainly look to use them for our next move.

Fantastic service very professional would highly recommend

Guys were prompt and friendly but a bit too casual at times. I also didn't appreciate a phone call from the office saying that we were about to start being charged additional fees if we couldn't get hold of the keys to the new property within 5 minutes.
