Great efficient service!

Really helpful team worked really hard to get the move completed to time schedule.

From their first visit to assess the job and quote, to the office staff, to the men who did the removal; all friendly and all professional.
We found them by personal recommendation and would certainly recommend them to friends.

Robinsons and the team were professional, diligent, attentive and super polite throughout. Like in most moves we had some unexpected issues along the way which they coped with brilliantly. And all in Covid times which makes everything harder...thoroughly recommend

Robinsons provided a competitive quote (via Zoom due to the pandemic) and were able to offer a convenient date. The vehicle arrived promptly on the day and the three operatives were polite and extremely efficient; even managing to deal with the 120 kg treadmill. The unloading at the destination was even quicker and everything arrived safely in the locations we requested. We couldn't fault any aspect of the service from beginning to end.

Excellent service, very attentive and helpful from the start of the process through to the end. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend these guys enough. They were brilliant, professional, hard working. They had us moved out of our house by 11am and into the new one by 2.30pm. A great team who made us actually enjoy our move day.

Robinson was recommended to me by the university that hired me. They listed them as their "preferred vendor" for international relocation. My new work was paying, so I went with them even though the company is considerably more expensive than others. I wanted the peace of mind and the good reviews here led me to believe this would ensure a smoother transition from Montreal to London.

Unfortunately, I did not have a good experience with them. I booked door to door, full packing service, and generous insurance cover. Robinson quoted me a maximum of two months to deliver my effects, but it did take them three months in reality and the communication throughout, with Debbie and other sub-contractors, was poor. I had to follow up all the time on different steps and could not receive answers or predictions on when my things would arrive. This led to me living in an empty apartment without furniture for two weeks, while having to work from home under pandemic conditions.

When my furniture finally did arrive, one vintage armchair was damaged and the legs of my vintage couch were missing; they had not been packed or got lost in transit. I notified Robinson 6 days after the delivery about the damage and loss - right after I had unpacked everything carefully, hoping to find the missing legs. I filed an official insurance claim with pictures etc in January.

Two months later, I have yet to hear from the insurance or from Robinson regarding this claim. The unusable couch has been blocking my living room (and everyday life) since then but I am required to keep it around as evidence of the damage. This is beyond frustrating and I have been emailing Ian on a weekly basis to receive an update, or anything really. I am being either ignored or told that he is chasing the insurance company.

In sum, I have moved on October 1st 2020 and at the end of March 2021 I am still dealing with the fallout from this poor relocation service. I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone.

We cannot thank Robinson's enough, they were fantastic. We had a big 3 day move from Surrey to Somerset and they were fantastic from start to finish. The guys doing the movenwere very professional and super friendly and nothing was too much trouble. We will definitely use these guys again and wouldn't hesitate to recommend to others, Thank you for making something so stressful very smooth and seem less.

Customer service was excellent and movers on the days were very friendly and pleasant. Only downside is that packing boxes previously used and labelled did not have old information deleted or struck out. We therefore had boxes in wrong rooms upstairs that should’ve been downstairs and vice versa. This caused some frustration after a great move

A great team from start to finish

We booked Robinson's to handle a move into storage, 3 weeks' storage and move out of storage. All went really well with both moves and given how stressful the house sale had been, it was SUCH a relief. We were particularly impressed with the care and diligence of the 2 chaps who did the first move. They spent a lot of time prepping and protecting the floors before starting the move so it made the clean-up after much easier!

The father and son duo who did the second move on the 19th were also good. We had anticipated an issue with manoeuvring one piece of bedroom furniture and sure enough, we couldn’t get it up the stairs but they tried their hardest to make it work.

They all turned up on time, no breakages, very efficient and speedy. All were very mindful of covid restrictions and social distancing etc. For the services we needed, this was the best price I could find and they could schedule us on our preferred dates at fairly short notice. Absolutely no complaints and I’m really pleased I booked Robinsons, so thank you very much!

Fantastic team ! Moved from the North to Abingdon. James was totally on the ball. The units were very easy to access and spotless at a very low price.The team also covered the removals to New house.and a very good rate.

Came to our rescue when we needed to go into storage at very short notice, from Matt's calm nature on the phone to the Teams arrival 24 hours later for packing, it was the best end to a truly stressful week.
All our neighbours watched the packing process and commented on their total professionalism. Instead of dreading the next step we are now looking forward to working with them again. Thank you all so much.

Horrible!!!

This moving company is to be avoided at all costs. Not trustworthy. Raised prices at the last minute. Late delivery. Refused to pay for extensive damages they were responsible for. Avoid!

Kaleem and his team did a great job packing and moving us from Overton to Gosport today. They were all very careful packing our pictures, ornaments and stuff and very cheerful especially Jeff who kept our spirits up at all times.
Nothing was too much effort, everything done with smiles - I cannot recommend them highly enough.
The whole Robinsons operation from Courtney and Lara on the phone, Jo for the estimate- they advised and guided us along the way. Look no further!
