The order was late and mishandled I…

The order was late and mishandled I paid for 24hr delivery and it came after 3 days no refund for the delivery charge was given and they lied about my order. Will not be using them again Simply cigars has a much better delivery system!

My husband 64 Birthday Weekend


On April 20, 2024, I went to Boca Mall to the Robert Graham Men’s Store located at the Town Center at Boca Raton 6000 Glades Road, Space 1030A in Boca Raton, Florida 33431 Phone # 5610-453-2632. I was greeted by Mr. Jacob, and he approached me right away and asked me “What brought me into the store”?
I explained to him it was my husband’s 64th Birthday today and I wanted to buy him something nice for the weekend. I explained that he lost a lot of weight. He went from large to medium, almost small. I wanted my husband to look Sexy yet Cute at the same time. As soon as I explained this to Mr. Jacob, he took it upon himself to put together a few outfits so I could visualize my husband in it. After I saw what made sense for my husband to wear. H showed me the latest arrivals high end to the clearance section. Then $400.00 later and off I went to the register to get my clothing wrapped in a nice gift box with its matching gift wrapping paper and pretty bag to go along with it. Jacob customer centricity was on point! He was excellent from the beginning of the sale to wrapping up my purchase. I loved the one-on-one experience he gave me. That went well with the cup of coffee that I had in my hand.
This store is for that person who is on another level. A sophisticated look that will make heads turn. I love to see my husband in Robert Graham's latest edition. Thank you, Mr. Jacob. I highly recommend you visit the Main Boca Raton Store or the Sawgrass Mall. MARIA E big FAN!!!

Disgusting company

Disgusting company
Ordered cigars online at nearly £70
They sent they tracked but they went missing and they blamed Royal Mail for the parcel not being signed for even though they are age restricted items.
When I emailed they basically told me tough s**t and they refused to refund me or resend my order, I just got abuse via email

Lackluster Stock Control

Two orders canceled due to stock issues in the last 3 days. Ordered in good faith and confirmation emails received, both orders were canceled with very minimal contact from the retailer.

Won't be bothering again, out of pocket for 7 days for no reason.

Disgusting company, considering legal action.

Disgusting company. So they refused to serve me claiming it was because I was not wearing a mask because of my disability (Despite the fact that by their own admission they had already seen my disability certification) and were extremely rude to me. Despite the fact they let me in the store, talked down to me like I was a piece of trash for the best part of 2 minutes and seemingly had no problem with me being within touching distance of the till, they still refused to serve me. They lied to my face and told me that it was illegal to serve me (A bare faced lie as there is no such law and its actually the exact opposite and illegal not to serve me due to the discrimination and disability act) I strongly suspect there was another reason they did not serve me and that it had nothing to do with me not wearing a mask, it makes no sense to let me in, allow me to approach the till, talk down to me rudely then flat out refuse to take my money like I was some kind of second class citizen. I am absolutley sick and tired of being discriminated against because of my disability and have had enough of it. I am considering legal action because based on the advice I have been given I am well within my rights to do so. Unless of course I am given a full, official apology from the company and then maybe I will let it go. In the mean time I will be making sure that all of my friends and family some of which use this company will use it no longer and will be publicly boycotting them until an official apology is given.

Spot on

This company is very good at what they do and what they do is deliver high-quality cigars and they have a large range of cigars in stock and lots of other goodies that will make lockdown a little easier

Generally good experience if they have…

Generally good experience if they have your products in stock. Only slight niggle I had was the tobacco was slightly damp on a couple of occasions. Why 3* & not 4/5*? As mentioned above,if your product is in stock no worries,if not though be prepared for absolutely no communication from Robert Graham to inform you. My most recent order was cancelled after 12 days waiting for confirmation of shipping. I had to contact them,(3 times in total), to be told my order would be shipped within 2 working days each time...12 days later & still no shipping confirmation. Very disappointed & let down. It would also be apparent that they aren't too bothered about losing a customer either. Not heard anything from them since cancelling the order. They did process the refund within 2 working days though, how ironic!!

Absolutely shameless people

Absolutely shameless people. And an unreliable on line seller. They charged my credit card for a purchase of whisly that was available on the website. then I received an email saying that the whisky I had ordered was out of stock. I asked for a refund that I am still waiting. Meanwhile I checked the website and the whisky still as available. When did they lie to me? When I ordered, when they answer saying was out of stock, now that the whisky is available, all the time? I suggest all potential customers to be very careful.
