Richard and Team done a great job, they were successful in bring my dangerous driving charge down to careless driving, with a small fine and 3 points instead of a ban. I would highly recommend.

I was Charged with Dangerous Driving and was fully expecting to lose my license. With the Help of Richard and his Team I got the charge dropped to careless Driving and Richard also managed to convince the Sheriff to give me only 5 penalty points to allow me to keep my license.

Really impressed with Richard and couldn’t of asked for a better result.

My experience with Richard Freeman was very positive. Five months ago I had found I was facing a potential driving ban for dangerous driving, after contacting a number of solicitors that could not offer help, Richard Freeman was the man who had offered me a chance of keeping my license.

From choosing Richard Freeman to the day I appeared in court the entire process was taken care of and a lot of progress was made already reducing my offence to a much less serious one of careless driving before I had appeared in court.

Appearing in court I was represented by a very experienced solicitor who was able to negotiate a more appropriate and accurate libel and an experienced delivery of information to the Sheriff ultimately resulting in me receiving a much more lenient penalty of 3 points and a fine.

If you find yourself in an unexpected lawful matter on the road with a daunting outlook I can only recommend Richard Freeman, the higher rate for his services is spoken for by his road law expertise and experience in the court.

I would highly recommend Richard Freeman & his firm. They put me so at ease with a road traffic offence I had been worrying about since 2020. When it finally came to court in April 2022 I got the impossible with just a few points and a fine which it could have been a complete loss of my license. I still can’t qwite beleive how they managed it but they are amazing at what they do & could not recommend enough. I had never been in trouble before and made one huge but silly mistake that I didn’t think I would ever get away with. I would recommend to anyone in my position to contact them they have saved license and so much stress. Thanks again you guys are the best!

I found myself in a situation I never thought I would ever be in. I was facing charges for drink driving and failing to stop at a accident. After alot if research I came across Richard Freeman.
