Absolutely brilliant from start to finish! They kept us informed the whole way through and managed to get my son a 1 year ban and a small fine with what could have easily been a custodial sentence. He was looking at 2 charges of dangerous driving taken from 2 videos of speeding retrieved from a mobile phone. Richard really does know the law inside out and all the technicalities it involves!! Expertly handled and always on the end of the email or the phone to answer any questions. I was so worried and they did their level best to reassure me but I always knew where we stood. I can't thank Richard and the team enough for saving my licence. I was on a dangerous driving charge with a definate ban looming, which would have turned my life upside down and plunged me into severe hardship and stress. One of Mr Freemans colleagues attended on the trial date a Mr McKay. The man was a genius and discovered that there was a technicality that procedures had not been carried out correctly at the scene of the incident. The case was dismissed and I kept my licence, no points and no fine. I would advise anybody who is looking at losing their licence to contact Mr Freeman and his team to give you the best chance of a favourable outcome.

Cannot write a review good enough to say how brilliant the whole team here are. My experience was excellent and very thorough with an outcome that was phenomenal and would definitely use them again they know the law inside out and do not take no for an answer would not hesitate to instruct them again.

Richard is an outstanding and very knowledgeable solicitor, as well as a real gentleman.
I contacted him after another so-called expert solicitor told me I had no hope.
As soon as I started explaining the events that took place he honed in on a technicality, which may, as a layman, seem like a very small detail, but in fact it was enough to secure a not guilty verdict.
He treated me with compassion, zero judgement and went out of his way to put my mind at ease, explaining processes and thoughts with me through the day of the trial.
Although I was absolutely terrified, I was also amazed to watch him in action.
It felt like a big gamble to go down this route, but it definitely paid off.
The massive cloud that has been hanging over me for months, giving me that punch in the stomach on a daily basis, has finally gone and I cannot thank him enough, he has saved me and my family from an awful situation.
Karen in the office was also lovely to deal with.

Mr Freeman was recommended to me by a good friend who has been represented by Richard in the past and that he's the only lawyer he would use. Due to this I got in contact with Richard and by doing this and him representing me he managed to get me the result I required to keep my job and I cant thank him enough. Had a complicated drink driving charge, i wasn't driving the car,or even in the car,my Thai wife who has thai licence but not a UK licence drove the car to get away from an altercation at friends place we were staying the night,she was sober but scared for having no licence or insurance, panicked told police id drove the car away,obviously no one had seen me drive the car,i was charged with drink driving,refusing to name the driver of car,,another solicitor wouldn't listen to what I was telling him,advised me to take the plea deal offered,plead guilty to the drink driving charge,and other 2 charges would be dropped,as I would get a year ban anyway for refusing to name my wife as the driver,
I had no choice he got his P45,couldn't go to trial with him,
So i called Richard,early on a Sunday morning,he was actually on holiday with his wife for her birthday,no a problem spoke to me at length and assured me and my wife that he would do everything to help me
,,Total professional from himself and Mr William Mckay who represented me at the trial,both left nothing to chance,arranged for a interpreter to be present at trial,amazed at how thorough Richard and William really are,if convinced I have no doubt I would have been incarcerated, iv got 3 previous drink driving convictions ,so my life would pretty much have been down the pan,,in the end the PF dropped the very weak drink driving charge,the Sheriff who still wanted to ban me,,if it wasn't for Mr Mckay i think would have, awarded me 6 penalty points and a fine of £2000,,how much things could have been different, do not hesitate to phone Richard Freeman if you think all is lost and your going to loose the fight,,miracles can and do happen,,can't thank Mr Mckay and Mr Freeman enough

Having recently had Richard Freeman & Co represent me in a road traffic incident, I have nothing but good things to say about their expertise and results.

While finding myself in this position for the first time I wasn’t entirely sure how to go about finding appropriate representation but following on from a search online and reading the reviews I made contact.

For something which, had I been handed the maximum penalty (a driving ban or a serious points and financial penalty), would have had serious consequences both personal and professionally, I was handed a 3 point penalty and a £450 fine.

Nothing short of incredible when I consider how badly this could have ended up.

I therefore find myself putting my name next to the many positive reviews for Richard Freeman & Co and, while it was an enjoyable outcome in the grand scheme of things, it wasn’t enjoyable enough to wish to deal with the team ever again!

Thank you to everyone involved and I am delighted to have made the choice I did in my representation.

Grateful to have someone with his experience and know how. I was charged with dangerous driving which Mr Freeman managed to get reduced to speeding. Resulted in the best outcome I could have hoped for. Thankfully still have my licence and my job. Would definitely recommend.

A small bump in a car park like an idiot I didn’t stay and swap details. As soon as the fiscal sent through the charge sheet Richard and his team were right on it. Straight talking with no nonsense. It is obvious that Richard and Co. are experts. They improved my position considerably and managed to get the fiscal to accept not guilty on one of the charges and I got the most lenient punishment for the other. I can’t recommend Richard highly enough. Up front, expert straight talking and years of experience and has undoubtedly dealt with any case you could think of. Even if you’re bang to rights guilty he’ll be able to make the situation better for you and express your case in the best light. I hope never to have need of him again but he’ll be my first point of call if I have any other motoring offences.
