After being let down by AnyVan 5 hours after booking recovery of a car, we called Roadside Recoverys. Whilst on the phone, they were able to get in touch with a driver and confirmed it could be done and get to us in around an hour. Once it was booked, the driver got in touch with an ETA, let us know when he was 15 mins away and when he had arrived. A polite young man called Ibrahim, drove us over an hour home and helped with the car when offloading it. Very grateful for the last minute, very helpful service. Thank you

Total waste of time dealing with them. They asked me to provide lots of pictures and videos of where and how the car was stuck in the mud and then promptly stopped responding to my calls and texts.

I had a great experience with Roadside recoverys- messaged them on WhatsApp they called me back instantly and were super helpful. Found me a recovery driver that was with us within an hour. We had spent an hour previous calling around all the local recovery places and hadn’t had any luck. Super friendly, professional and great service. Sorted us out in a tricky spot!

Avoid this company – very unprofessional service
On New Year’s Eve I got a puncture and the RAC waiting time was very long, so I decided to call a local number to arrange a tyre change. I already had a spare tyre, but unfortunately my wheel nut wrench was not in the boot.
The person on the phone told me the service would cost £180 due to New Year’s Eve, with a £60 deposit paid over the phone and the remaining £120 to be paid after the job was done. I agreed.
Two men arrived in a private car with almost no tools. They only had a basic wheel nut wrench, which was too small for the bolts on my car. They then asked me if I had any tools they could use to remove the wheel.
After about 15 minutes, they said the bolts were rusty and they couldn’t remove the wheel, but still demanded that I pay them half of the money. When I refused to pay for a job that was not done, they became aggressive. The owner of the company also refused to refund my £60 deposit.
Very unprofessional — they are not even proper mechanics. When the RAC finally arrived, they changed the tyre in just 2 minutes.
I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
