Would have been 5 star...now a 3 star..

Would have been 5 star, since they do give immeidate responses on approvals and deal structuring and contracting are great. HOWEVER, over the last several weeks, almost coinciding with their BRP Leasing and BRP affiliation, they are miserably slow on clearing stips, especially POI. This is worth 2 stars to the rating, as it slows down Finance, the customer, the sales staff, affects customer satisfaction, etc. 100% unacceptable. Staff up, and get it done.

I took out a loan through road runner…

I took out a loan through road runner to help my credit then they change companies or something close my count hurt my credit now they're not reporting to credit anymore trying to buy a house and they screwed me do not use this company they are not even reporting now and I can't get a call back

When the prior loan servicer last reported all of our accounts on January 1, 2019, they updated the credit bureau(s) to reflect that accounts were transferred to another loan servicer and that those trade-lines were closed on 12/1/18. This does not indicate that an account is closed entirely, only that it is closed with that servicer.

Roadrunner Account Services (RAS) is working to establish the reporting process with the applicable credit bureaus. RAS has submitted a new trade line to one of the applicable credit bureaus and it will appear on the credit reports of our customers in due course based upon that bureau’s internal guidelines, over which we have no control. When a new tradeline is published to the credit reports of our customers, it will replace the closed trade-line of the prior servicer with another open trade-line from RAS. We hope to have this inconvenience resolved as quickly as possible and are also working to complete the reporting process to the additional credit bureaus as well.

In the meantime, we are happy to provide a direct credit reference to any third party upon your request and authorization. DEALER FEEDBACK

We've partnered with Road Runner for over a year now and couldn't be happier with the new programs they've rolled out over the past several months. The new programs have benefitted the dealership and helped customers get the units they desire. From becoming a prime lender for Can Am to expanding the units that RR will finance, it's been great. With the help of Diana, our regional sales rep, she's gone above and beyond and couldn't be happier to have her on our side. She's a great asset to Road Runner. We're looking forward to see what else RR has to offer this year.

Was good.. Now terrible!

I am having the same issue as another reviewer. This company was great when they were partners with SST and now they do not report to the credit bureaus. I was building my credit up great before this and now my score has fallen way down. They give me excuses since Nov 2018 and still have not fixed it as of almost April 2019.
I plan on buying a few more bikes soon. I WILL NOT allow Roadrunner to have my business any further. Take note Roadrunner, this is how you lose great customers.

I loved this finance company until they…

I loved this finance company until they dropped their billing company SST and they reported the accounts as closed to the credit bureaus and now I cannot get Roadrunner to report to the credit bureau so that I can continue to build my credit. I have called and emailed dozens of times and no one answers emails and all they say on the calls are that they are working on it. Come on guys it has been 5 months!! Take care of your customers and help protect their credit!!

Never told yes or no

I was advised I was pre-approved and just needed to send in my information. I sent my information the next day and never heard anything back. I figured if I was not approved they would at least have the decency to tell me so. I am glad it worked for others but I am not happy. However several days later I was contacted and was approved. Rush to my judgement.

My experiences with Roadrunner …

My experiences with Roadrunner employees have been excellent. If I have ever had a question or need, they have always been incredibly helpful! Our rep, Sean, has been particularly helpful! He always makes himself available when we need him and goes above and beyond answering my questions. It is so nice to have an option for Sup Prime customers. I actually get excited with them when we get an approval. My only "complaint" is the uploading process for stipulations etc is a bit time consuming. It would be nice to be able to upload all docs together as opposed to separately.

We do our best to close all deals quickly but please keep in mind, we service customers who are building or rebuilding credit so the process can take a little longer than our prime counterparts. In fact, closing a deal in 3 hours is much faster than some second-look lenders who can take days to close.
