I ordered 3 fabric swatches on the 1st October 2025. It’s the 13th October 2025 and I’ve received nothing, heard nothing, and according to my order number they haven’t been dispatched.

Very pleased with our ottoman bench for our new dressing room. Only gave 4 stars as when we tried to put the legs on, one of the screw holes wouldn’t take the leg as we couldn’t get a fixing. However, the customer service was good and sent out 4 leg plates so we could attach them all, with a bit of effort!

The goods came perfectly packaged and free delivery.You can’t get better than that.

I ordered two ottoman boxes on a bank holiday weekend, they arrived the next Thursday which is excellent service.
The furniture is as described, lovely plush velvet with a good quality finish, they came pre assembled well packaged and are very sturdy. Communication was great throughout the purchase and delivery. Great furniture and great service, thank you.

This is my second purchase with them. I ordered same colour like the first one (black). But they delivered the wrong colour which I do not want - grey colour.

I had a problem with a discount code not accepting but Naveed quickly sorted that for me and once ordered my Ottoman was delivered very promptly and I am very pleased with it. I had previously ordered material samples and the Ottoman was true to the sample I choose. I could not find an Ottoman I liked that was the right size and or colour until I found R&M Furnishers. I would use company again.

Delivered as said when ordered and product is just perfect and what I expected.

Colour samples arrived quite promptly and I was kept informed of delivery. Good job I sent for them as shades looked different from the photos of ottomans online. I am probably going to order one when I have finalised another piece of furniture for the same room.

Have just started the process to purchase a footstool.
The velvet fabric samples were sent quickly within a couole of days.
