Then 2 days later, before the i even recieved the package, they made a 20% discount code on everything.
I immediately wrote an e-mail the same day, about if i could get that 20% discount aswell, on my purchase, since its only been 2 days, and i havn’t recieved my package yet.
After 2 weeks they still haven’t answered me. I e-mailed RJWC again. Asking for an answer and because i had another issue with one of the items they sent, the “neutrino lights”. One of the connectors had a bad wire, and the glass on the light had scratched. These lights i just paid $585 for, weren’t new!
Finally they answered me!
Sorry we do not offer discount retroactivly! Even though I wrote to them, on the same day of the offer.
So far they haven’t agreed to help in any Way, not even with the lights!
I bought used lights, for the Price of new ones.
I am really disapointed!
