I am still Waiting to be verified i have been waiting weeks

Having experienced some woeful online gambling sites. I felt it only prudent that I should let you know that you are certainly not one of those.

I cannot praise Rizk highly enough. From your ‘withdrawal locks’ to your ‘non wagering bonuses’ you guys have set the bar in regards to your approach to ‘responsible gambling’.

As for your ‘app’. It is far superior then anything else in the marketplace. By which I mean: Presentation, functionality, game selection and promotion/bonuses.

I really cannot praise your site enough.

I put in some money and that went ok, but Then i cant play! Everytime i Clive om a game i come back to homesite. They only take money for nothing. Never more i play on Rizk!!

After almost a week I still can't withdraw using Skrill

People should read the terms before moaning on here I have been with these for a few years now and I had no issues with them and the withdrawals are instant if you use trusty it's in your bank instant but overall it's a excellent casino.

The site is garbage. You can deposit money hut they make you okay games you don't want to. They made me play my money on games I did not want to play. Then when I would win, the site would not allow me to bet my winning hands and a window would pop-up saying to contact support because my bet was not accepted. .....NEVER PLAY THIS SITE!!

At begin won under 100€ and withdraw works normal, then 2 days ago win 290€ and they asking my id card and everything and ban my account then tell me "your username not same as in id card, tell me why its not same?" Really it is same but they fuk cheating

The customer service is great and I recieved my wire transfer of $1000 in 2 days. At first it looked like a great casino with a nice concept. Little did I know what was awaiting me... I win big! I try to withdraw, "You need to verify this that and the other, fill us in on your whole personal life" Okay... I do the verification process, I do everything they ask for. They had a hidden card up their sleeve, they literally said afterwards that they asked for something that they didn't ask for on the verify page. OKay... I guess I'll just do that then... Wait 2 days... OHH WHOOPS, You've been banned.Okay.. No biggie, I'll just contact their customer support. "Hi, please wait for our magical email while our department looks into it" Wait 2 months... Check back in... Hi, can I please just log in and withdraw? And you know how it goes further.. Need another magical email.. etc..
The wheel of "rizk" is rigged as well, never have I gotten anything better than 5 free spins.

just an average casino nothing special. if you level up you get a spin at the wheel of rizk where you get 5 free spins wager free most of the time(enjoy 30p). and they claim fast withdrawals but instead they keep you waiting as long as possible and if you are going to ask about it in live chat it will even take longer. so if you want to play at rizk keep in mind if you win some you will get it the next week.

Imagine what? Deposits after deposits and loses after loses, you win something withdrawal £400 pounds and guess what? despite ive sent them all the docs to verify my account, They blocked my account and kept my funds and stooped replying my emails.
This site is a scam, PLEASE DONT USE IT.

Update, I just got my money today. 04/05/19

The site isn't working properly. I can't go to my account because the lower buttons don't work in the menu. Many games aren't working. Never got a response to my complaint. And I made a deposit. And they accepted it, is written of my bank account and got an email that confirmed it. But it isn't in my casino account. Contacted the chat but they can't help me there. I have to send an email. So I did that, never got an answer. Contacted them again via chat. Say they can't help me and I have to wait... it's been a while now. And haven't heard anything. DONT PLAY HERE!!!
