Dishonest and Dangerous Company – Built on Fraud and Theft! Avoid at All Costs!
We rented a motorhome from Rivas Caravaning with a clear written agreement (confirmed via WhatsApp) for a final payment of €209.93. Even this amount was inflated – in the contract, cleaning is listed as €50, but they falsely claimed it was €60/hour and charged us for “two hours of cleaning” without any proof. They lie about everything.
In the end, they charged us €265 instead of the agreed amount.
This company takes a €750 deposit promising to refund it, but as soon as you return the motorhome, they invent fake damages or false charges to keep as much of the deposit as possible. They operate a clear and deliberate system of fraud and theft against their customers, knowing that once you’ve returned home, you have almost no way to fight them.
They even charged us for a “late return” when in reality we returned the motorhome one day earlier than the contract end date.
⚠️ Warning: Stay away from this company like the plague. They are professional scammers, extremely dangerous, and should be shut down.
