Buying a motorhome is a big decision that many of us save long and hard for. Do your research. Ask yourself the following…: why is it that a ‘company’ such as this has no visible google reviews? The reason being is that we’re so poor that they have removed them from public view. Look at the comments on their Facebook Page. Once you look under the marketing veneer you will see the true picture of this shambles of a company.

Having delivered our brand new, very expensive, luxury Motorhome 6 weeks late, they had drilled 4 holes into the rear panel in error and simply plugged them with screw covers the like of which IKEA provide with flat pack furniture. AND they had not installed the gas system we had paid for. The Motorhome was filthy and they were clearly not expecting us for the handover appointment they made.

Having accepted that this was not acceptable, they assured us if we took the vehicle, they would repair it and fit the gas locally to us.

Several days of chasing them later, they said it wasn’t possible locally and assured us that they would cover all our expenses to take it to Malaga where the works would be completed. Over 5 hours drive away. They had our vehicle for three days. They put us up in a hotel at the side of a motorway, 20 minutes drive away from any cafes/town etc. it was not possible to lock our room door, and they did not provide food etc. so we had no choice than to book an equally priced alternative.

We paid diesel, tolls, taxis, food, hotel etc and submitted receipts for refund, as per their instructions.
Not only did they refuse to refund a single cent, but they threatened legal action if we continued to share our experience via social media! So, I review in all honesty, safe in the knowledge I have evidence to substantiate my review.

1 star review on this shambles of a company is far too generous. Interesting to note that in this day and age they have no star reviews on Truspilot. Purchased a brand new motorhome from them. The vehicle handover was terrible. The vehicle was damaged, parts paid for not fitted. They then told us to get the damages fixed and paid for by ourselves and then claim the costs back. Then they agreed that we must travel to Malaga this meant us driving a round trip of 450 miles. They advised us that all costs would be met including fuel as they needed the motorhome for 4 days. They did offer to put us up in a hotel but when we arrived it was dirty, cheap and in the middle nowhere with no easy access to shops and restaurants. We took it upon ourselves to go to another hotel. They have now reneged on their offer of compensation to cover our expenses and inconvenience caused by THEIR incompetence. We are now instructing our solicitors! Without a doubt THE worst customer experience I have ever had to endure!
