Good at misleading their customers

Horribly misleading website and company.

My child’s sports club has changed to using Rivalkit so I have had to recently make a purchase. 

I placed an order on their website weeks ago. I’ve chased up today only to be advised that the lead time is double what the website was advising. And that’s NOT when it’s dispatched to the customer but when it’s dispatched to Rivalkit from their European supplier (they didn’t know exactly where in Europe!) Rivalkit then have to wait for the item to arrive before it can then be processed and dispatched to their customers. By the sounds of it, customers can expect that to add a minimum of two additional weeks to the dispatch time being advised on the website.

So instead of receiving my children’s sports kit in what I thought would be 4 - 5 weeks, is now looking likely to take minimum 10 - 11 weeks. That’s close to 3 months, if it arrives in that timeframe. This is not ok, Rivalkit. You are deliberately misleading your customers.

I’ll be interested to see how the quality compares to our old supplier. The price is the same so expectations are high. I will update my review when my order eventually arrives.

***Update*** At least 1 month on from the above review and still no kit or communication from Rival. Emails and phone calls remain unanswered. Abysmal! Many parents from the club are experiencing the same so not isolated case. If you monitor your reviews, Rival, please contact me immediately with regard to order UK27345

***Update*** Another month has gone by and still no sign of my order. No response from customer services, no emails or communication advising why the delays yet all the while they’ve had my money since February. Has this company stopped trading?

Terribly unorganised company

I have been waiting on items from my oder which was placed in October. Their website says the orders should take 4 weeks which is completely false. I contacted them to question when I will receive the two items I ordered after 6 weeks, one of the item arrived after 10 weeks and the other item is still missing (17 weeks later).

Consistently bad

Consistently bad

Poor communication for the two years that I’ve been involved with them, quality is mediocre, and delivery takes ages.

There are products that have not yet been delivered (or refunded) a year after ordering and despite multiple calls with the owner and weak communication as best from customer service.

We’re going back to stitch - suggest you do too

Poor service and communication

I placed an order in September which only part of which was dispatched several weeks later( after I contacted them to find out where it was!) I am still waiting for the remaining part of the order. I have contacted the company via email and there online chat with no reply.
Very disappointing service.
