You only need to take one look at their Trust Pilot Review Status to see that this company are failing to provide a recommendable
service .

I called this company by telephone looking to take a CSCS test , before paying for the test I specifically asked if they could send me the course details by text message , because I knew at the time that I would be unable to access my emails for 4 days . The Right Online Course Company said yes we can send the details by mobile text message , so I went ahead and payed for the test based upon this factor ….However ROCC did not send me the test centre location via mobile text message as I had requested and which they had agreed to do (verbally over the phone ) , and instead they sent me an email with those details attached , which at the time I could not access as I had already pointed out to them prior to paying .
I had no knowledge at the time that ROCC had sent me this email as like I had told them I could not access my emails at the time .

The CSCS test was due to take place within approx 48 hours from making the call to book the test, so I waited for the text from
ROCC regarding the test centre location time etc on my mobile which NEVER arrived .

When I tried to call ROCC to explain their error they were in complete denial and said that they had sent me an email with all the details and that I would have to pay for the course again . This was exactly the point I was trying to make but they wouldn’t listen to me , I had specifically asked not for an email but a mobile text message telling me where the course was due to take place prior to me paying for the course .

At this point I had to get my bank involved to try to get my money back because I thought that I was dealing with a bogus company in ROCC when they wouldn’t take on board what I was saying about their mistake , but since I got my bank involved to attempt to get me refunded (which I’m not actually even sure if I got refunded because my bank needed more information from me which I did not persue),
ROCC are now trying to take me to court in dispute of my attempted refund claim which I never persued …..to try to get even more money out of me for a service they didn’t provide . Aside of this I also received abusive emails from a memeber of their team when I attempted to explain their mistake via email , one of their staff wrote me an email saying :

“you must be a virgin and still live at home with your mother .”

I have noticed that this is not an isolated incident and you only need to read the replies to their other 1 star reviews to see that they repeatedly insult and blame customers who have had a bad experience in trying to use their service .

I only wanted to book a cscs test and now this company are trying to take me to court for hundreds of pounds , over their own errors.
They’ve already taken my money once and I’ve not had a fair chance to sit the test that I paid for , now they’re trying to get more money out of me for what exactly , I have no idea 🤷‍♂️

.….. A truly awful experience , I can only advise people to stay well clear of this company if they are thinking of booking a course or test of any kind .

If I could give a minus 5 stars review , then I would .

As you can see from their reply to my review here this company won’t accept fault and they treat you like an enemy rather than listening to you as a paying customer , they don’t have time to listen or understand their error and they think that they’re still right even though they are completely wrong .

This all boils down to my initial phone call , where I specifically asked before paying for the course if they could send me the course details via mobile text to which they agreed but didn't follow through with. Now they’re making every excuse under the sun and trying to justify themselves , if ROCC had informed me of the test centre location then I wouldn’t have had to try to guess where the test centre was , I actually ended up at their old premises which was an abandoned block of offices with a broken intercom system and no entry at ground level .

I will never use this company again and I advise that others choose to use a different provider too .

Their Trust Pilot Review says it all , it’s absolutely shocking!! I should have checked this before making my booking and handing over money . Making contact with this
company was a mistake from the very beginning 🤦‍♂️. Be warned !!

Have booked both myself and my son for tests/courses through them. Super helpful and would recommend to anyone else needing help with their CSCS needs.

Could of booked for more than 50% cheaper going directly through CITB.

I needed the revision as I was offered an immediate start at a job and had the test the next day. When I purchased the course it was processing for about 4 days before I received the course, so I received it 3 days late didn’t get to use it and still had to pay for it. I tried to email but had no reply.

Quick response to our request and accommodated our requirements without any problems

I won’t be using these again.. paid over the odds with it being a 3rd party company. Paid for the corse then had to wait 3 days before i could get access to the booking part . It just says it’s pending. Did the online part then had to wait 10 days for my results so if you fail you’d have to go through the whole waiting process again luckily I passed so 2 weeks later I can apply for my card I’ll be going to a classroom exam next time for my instant results certificate & it’ll be cheaper..also if you need to contact them & I did 3 times it’s a chargeable phone number

Booking was easy and the test was great and easy

Say £140 on site but charged £179 id suggest finding a legitimate company these people have really bad customer service and am guessing majority of reviews are staff written so there fake,speaking to someone is no easy task, and guy I spoke to was arrogant, also I personally don't have a learning disability but I reckon they have a zero tolerance towards it with what was said

Ok first of all I'm a social worker 2nd his details are still logged in on my computer and this comment was up loaded while he was still logged in rather than mine iv no idea why he said it was him when it was me who made the comment so rather then quarrel about this on a review site smash the complaint number on here and let's get this sorted with someone higher then you also misogynist = reflecting or exhibiting ingrained and institutionalised prejudice against women I'm curious as to what that has to do with anything when that subject has never come up and as for calling him a keyboard worrier,that would be me your aiming at,
