Bought a grow light and was told it runs on 240v and it does not. If you are able to get someone to answer the phone you will be told , I will have our tech call you back. Right! Been 5 days now. They are quick to answer questions about things they don't know about. Customer service, is none. Excuses is what it is. I'm out over 900 dollars now. Trying to return there product with no luck.
