School Bus Frustrations

The school my children attend has recently outsourced its bus service to this company, which has been a cause of significant frustration.

The price has increased. The bus drivers are rude to parents and children. They leave children behind and do not care (not their responsibility). They take money from my credit card every month but cannot produce a billing statement. They charge you for additional trips, but do not refund you for trips unused.

Do not let your school or organization use this service. To be more blunt, do not let your school’s finance department outsource to this company!
