I'd give 0 if I could

I'd give 0 if I could. Absolutely disgraceful, initially said there were multiple issues with the phone, which there was not, it was in prefect condition when it was sent, then they proceeded with the back panel lifting, which it was not, don't give you any other response, all to keep $100!! DO NOT USE THEM!!!

Scam style behaviour around trade-ins

Scam style behaviour Using multiple tactics to not answer questions, take phones even after their team member confirmed phone would be returned after not accepting their change in trade-in value. Now we have no phone returned, Multiple attempts to resolve this are tactics to not answer questions and try to get you off the call. Absolutely avoid at all costs, wished I had checked other reviews prior to going with Samsung trade-in program. Samsung's reputation is going to be hurt by this company as they are handling the trade-ins.

Is it Samsung or asurion faults

As I was in the process of doing my trade in deal the web page did not progress to the check out but deducted my $90 ($1), after several attend I restarted the process and ended up again with a trade in deducted from my account. That’s when I stopped and called Samsung assist line and even they had problems to complete the process with me, after a whopping 1 1/2 hrs we managed to get it done. When I ask what happens with the extra trade in amount blocked on my credit card he said if that happens just call them back. Which I did with no success as I still haven’t got my money back.
