Incorrect item received inside the correct box, clearly had not been checked. Returns seem straight forward so far.

Quick delivery and great sale value

Saw a pair of Shires country boots discounted for Christmas, with an extra 10% off too. Was in no hurry for them and, with postal strikes etc, didn’t expect them to arrive until between Christmas and New Year at best. They rocked up 2 days later!

Have used Rideaway a lot over the years and they have never let me down (even since being bought out by Derby House!).

No complaints. Riding tights ordered for my daughter are good quality, well packaged and were delivered quickly despite the postal strikes.

I ordered turnout boots

I ordered turnout boots. Items arrived ahead of time and well packaged. I would be very happy to purchase from Ride Away in the future.

Not received item

I ordered about a month ago, and have not received my item. After contacting them I have had no response. I am extremely disappointed and have had to purchase the item elsewhere, but due to the lack of communication I am worried I will not get my money back.

Wrong goods sent

Wrong goods sent, no phone call & argued that they had sent the correct items
3 days before Christmas & nothing offered to resolve the issue!
