I bought hoodies for 265€ from ricks retros wholesale business. I have a small business so investments like that matter. He sold the hoodies as authentic, but they are not. I only sell authentic and original stuff so I can’t use the hoodies at all.

I confronted Rick’s retro and asked for the money back (no other compensations etc). No reaction AT ALL.

Stay away from this seller!

Have used Rick’s Retro for several years, always had decent service and good products. Recently bought several new items, tried to return one of them, absolutely zero response to repeated emails and messages on Instagram. Won’t be shopping here again, big shame for a once great store.

Spent £93 and item was faulty. Agreed a return and refund then sent it back. We did this out of app and now been told to contact whatnot for my money. Whatnot have said they can’t refund after 2 weeks. Messaged the seller and 0 response

Ordered a package three weeks ago and have not received any information about the shipment and the package has not arrived. I've tried contacting them on all possible channels and no response. I have shopped there before and had a pleasant experience, but now I can tell the quality of the website has dropped, there is no communication and I am all but certain I will not receive my package... Unacceptable

Package never arrived I made the order nearly 3 weeks ago. I have made several attempts to contact them and have not heard back at all. Very disappointed and now £100 down.
Never had a problem with them before but will not be using them again.

Coat came in excellent quality excellent price with excellent speed couldn’t ask for anything more and the team was as polite as anything

Ricks retro is a great place to find vintage clothes and I have a query around recieving an order confirmation that was answered quickly with great customer service

My order had an error through PayPal which meant I got charged twice, sent a message on Insta, had the order & a refund on the over payment within 24 hours. Great service and people 👏🏼

Purchased a jacket which was listed as an XL. Upon arrival it was incredibly small and had no indication anywhere on the jacket itself that it was an XL. When I contacted the company about a possible return or exchange I heard nothing in response.

Bought numerous items from RicksRetro, and have never been left disappointed. Hands down the best place about to find vintage gems. Very quick replies to any questions that I had and extremely friendly service. Would recommend these to anyone looking to get quality pieces at very reasonable prices. Delivery is also extremely quick, they also throw in some custom Ricks Retro stickers as well as some sweets. Top top service couldn’t recommend enough!

Great customer service and really quick delivery. I forgot to put my house number on the delivery address and was quickly sent a message about it. Love the jacket, really good quality and a great price too. Definitely recommend and I will be ordering again.

Sorted a problem I had with a delivery straight away.

I ordered a vintage Ralph Lauren jumper from the Ricks Retro website, they kindly sent me some more photos of the jumper when I reached out via Instagram DM. My order arrived to Ireland 2 days after ordering, in pristine condition with surprise Haribo treats !
