We appreciate all feedback, however we must respectfully dispute this review. We categorically do not sell counterfeit items of any kind, including Stone Island.

As the sole owner and curator of this business, I personally source every single item from trusted suppliers across Europe and Asia. We specialise in genuine pre-loved vintage clothing, and each piece is individually authenticated and verified for authenticity before it ever reaches our website. If you have genuine concerns about a specific purchase, we'd welcome the opportunity to discuss this privately and resolve any issues directly. However, we must note that this review appears to be made without any actual purchase history with our business, which raises questions about its validity.

We remain committed to transparency and authenticity in everything we do.

Edit following your response: to address your updated comments — the item you are referring to is an authentic pre-loved vintage Stone Island piece from 2006. It is listed as women’s purely based on its current measurements, which are clearly provided in the product listing alongside the label size. As with all vintage items, sizing naturally differs from modern standards. This is standard practice across the pre-loved fashion industry. The item is genuine, and we stand fully behind its authenticity. We take accusations like this extremely seriously and are more than happy to prove the item’s authenticity. Hi India,

I’m sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience, and I’d like to clarify what happened for full transparency.

On December 29th, I received an email from Julie Wilkinson regarding the item referenced in your review. I immediately apologised for missing the minor defects and confirmed that a return was absolutely fine. I then provided full return instructions, including how to send the item back for a refund.

Later that same day, Julie replied to explain that the swing tag had been removed, as the item was intended as a Christmas gift. As clearly stated in our returns policy (and noted on the swing tag itself) items must have the swing tag attached to be eligible for a refund. Once the tag is removed, we’re unable to issue a refund, as we cannot verify whether damage occurred after purchase.

That said, despite the refund no longer being valid, I offered a return for store credit as a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, this offer was not accepted, and I did not receive any further response to my email.

I take great pride in my small business and my customer service. All customer emails are responded to by me within 24 hours, and all orders are fulfilled within 24 hours of purchase (Monday to Friday). Looking at your order form, you placed an order with us on December 17th, and it was delivered successfully the following day by Royal Mail. At no point was there a delay or lack of communication on my part.

While I understand that store credit may not have been the preferred outcome, I respectfully disagree with the claims of poor customer service. I did everything possible to resolve the situation fairly and professionally, within the boundaries of our returns policy.

As a small business run independently, feedback like this is disheartening when it does not accurately reflect the service provided. I remain committed to delivering high standards of customer care and handling issues promptly and transparently.

Hi Volieslav,

I am very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with your experience shopping with my small business, and I would like to clarify the situation.

As confirmed in our email correspondence on December 3rd, the jacket was sold in very good condition with no defects noted at the time of sale, including a fully functioning zipper. The item was inspected prior to dispatch and was not sold with any damage.

In your initial email received on December 3rd, you confirmed that the jacket was worn after delivery. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept liability for any damage or defects that occur after an item has been delivered and worn, as it was not sold in that condition. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for the zipper issue that you have mentioned.

I also want to highlight that all emails were responded to within 24 hours and delivery was completed ahead of schedule. The only concern raised occurred after the jacket had been worn.

While I totally understand your frustration, I feel that a 1 star review does not fairly reflect the service provided or the condition in which the item was sold. As a small business, my team and I work hard to ensure full transparency when it comes to the condition of our preloved items, prompt communication, and timely delivery, and we believe these standards were met in this transaction.

I have followed up with you via email to better understand how you would like us to proceed. We are happy to continue the conversation there and take things from that point.
