Don't trust this person because he will…

Don't trust this person because he will scam you. He created a business website for me and didn't give me login details. He told me he would manage my website.

As he needs money he will damage the website and will write to you that the website has a problem but will fix it for a fee.
My website has been completely deleted and is lying that there is a problem. If you do it at him website, make a written agreement with him so that his cannot harm you.

Change the website logins as your website will be completed.
I think Richie Ashbeck is a very young man who does not think and plays very dirty.
