The platform has improved, although their new giftcards can't be converted and the payouts achieved take way too long! Can be improved way more, then it had been.

I thought they were scams but they paid! There legit. The game is so fun to play! I got my reward!

Ok. Not a horrible app but I will point out my favorite part and the worst part.
Best part is most apps obviously pay you for your achievements Richie will actually supply you with free Google play credit to make in game purchases and then reward you for the purchase.
Bad part is app keeps auto starting even when not on a Richie game which is absolutely annoying.

I like the way that they let you earn Google Play cards to be able to get your goals done faster I haven't found another site that does this yet. My only problem is once I reach my goal of $50 PayPal cash out it takes them 5 days before they get a hold of you to pay you I don't see any reason that it should take that long to get your payment you put a lot of work in to get it and then they make you wait five more days when PayPal can do instant transactions they do it on other sites so why not on this one because they want to sell you a plus package to be able to get your money faster and that's not right also the customer service is pretty slack if you email them don't expect to get an email back anytime soon

This time everything went fine, but the last time I tried to redeem a gift card from Richie I never got the email and in the app it says it's under review but I have no idea why and I also had enough coins to do a $100 withdraw and that was almost 2 weeks ago. They say that is under review as well but again I don't know why. The last time I withdrew the money I got it the next day so I'm just a little frustrated that it worked fine this time, but I still haven't received the email with the redemption instructions from the last gift card.

I liked the games and enjoy it alot but why it takes so long g to get my rewards I been patient but I play along time to get my rewards I shouldn't have to wait this long so im a lil worry do u really pay or not

I have not received my money that Richie Rich Games owes me after waiting over a month! They do not respond to emails at all. They have stolen my money for my hundreds of hours of time! I spent money on the games, and the game reps say they have already paid them for my hundreds of hours of my time playing their games. Also, I've spent my own money on these games. The games are most likely going to receive bad reviews due to Richie not paying. They owe me$280! I have also spent my own money on these games at over $70! If Richie doesn't pay me the $280 they owe me, I'll have to report the game apps that don't refund me and of course report Richie also to Google Play, the FTC and join any class lawsuits that are sure to come.

This is my second review of Richie Games!

At this point I am extremely disappointed. I’m not certain if it is my being overly positive and expecting any company to follow through with their obligation promises.

I’m disabled and my wife is too. We are on a one payment monthly disability deposit in our bank account each. We are also furnishing a home, food, utilities, and transportation for her to go to college.

There is always more month than pay without any set backs. We depend on a 2000 GMC Yukon for transportation and it has been great until the last year and everything is beginning to breakdown. It has cost us $1100.00 since the first of the year for being towed to the shop three times, labor, and parts.

That’s a lot of information and nothing we aren’t used to (it’s just amazing what you get used to when your old and disabled). The point is to explain why I work so hard o reward app activity’s to bring in even a small amount of extra income.

I applied for a cash out from Richie Games after much time and effort put into playing several games faithfully. What’s more amount the rewards apps that I work on daily including driving apps, receipts apps, and gameplay in all of them.

Amount the apps I daily participate in are GeoSmile, CoinOut, Fetch, Frisbee, Pogo, ReceiptJar, ReceiptPal, Receipt Hog, Daily Dough, Copper, Merryfield and Five Surveys which have all paid me as soon as I redeemed my credits for payout. None of these other apps require any in game purchases … not one!!

I have recently added Ibotta, Earn Star, Freecash and other apps that I don’t have enough credits to cash out yet. I

I most likely will never get my $150.00 cash out from Richie Games despite the fact I was required to make over $30.00 in purchases in the games played to be able to cash out at all!

That coupled with my first two star review on Trustpilot on April 2, 2026 because I asked for a cash out on March 8, 2026 and was told to allow a week to have my request verified. And I hoped after reading on Google AI that some people who posted a review on Trustpilot got a response right away and that resulted in them receiving their cash out payment.

In fact Richie Games did respond a couple of days after my review posted on April 2, 2026 saying they needed me to jump through more hoops which I did as requested immediately!

Now it is April 29, 2026 no further word received from support at Richie Games, no cash out of $150.00 to my PayPal debit account, and when I ago to check for an update in the Richie Games app I get the same polite sounding message please give us up to 5 days to verify the earned credits.

Don’t you think that seven weeks is enough time to suffer waiting on a cash out that we were depending on! I DO!!!!!

If I am not getting what was earned from Richie Games hopefully I can spare others from getting hoodwinked and spending money that never gets rewarded! Please head this warning and look for games rewards apps that do not require you spend your money to make money. There are lots of games out there that are reputable and more are being developed every day!!!

Don’t play unless you really don’t need your earnings!

My wife and I are totally disabled and our fixed income isn’t enough so I read reviews of Richie Games and downloaded the app and started playing games. I earned over $100.00 and tried to get it put into my PayPal account. I received a message that I could not be paid without 5 in game purchases. So I continued playing and made the required purchases as requested.

On March 8, 2026 I sent a request to have the now $150.00 put into my PayPal account as we desperately needed the money to buy food and pay our electric bill. I then received a notice that this could take up to five days to be reviewed then I would receive the funds!

Two weeks later I Googled what to do next because of no response to my request for my earned rewards and was advised “To reach Richie Games support regarding a missing cash-out, you should use the contact option within the app” which I did and still no response or funds credited.

Now a month has passed since I sent the email to Richie Games and still no money in my PayPal account and no response from Richie Games either!!

The app works very well, despite being the only rewards app requiring 5 in game purchases, but their customer support and payment payout is horrendous!

Richie Games reply:

So far it’s been pretty easy, but from experience, these games are impossible

I've sent multiple Emails and yes username was included, I've cashed out 3 payouts since March equaling $250 still nothing said it was gonna be 5 business days it is now going on 2 months. Wrote a review last week was told to send them my username I did yet I still have heard absolutely nothing. Idk what else to do help please.

I kike the thought of the games but I like the games and surveys you offer just hard to get a payout

I still have not received my $80.00 payment that I withdrew in march. I was getting email reply before I made my withdraw request and now that I cashed in my 1 million points for $80.00 I haven’t received the payment or a reply back. It’s been 2 months.
