This is horrible. Is it even real? Waiting since March 26 for rewards. Only replies come from this app! I’ve emailed several times. I have over$200 in rewards still pending and it’s September 26’! On here, they tell you to email them for direct help, as you can read…I’ve been ignored 😔 Shameful to get pepper excited then disappoint them after we give out $$$ & time.

It’s been almost two months since completing the tasks to get a PayPal $50 reward card and I still have yet to receive it! I’ve contacted support multiple times and haven’t heard anything back. They don’t have a phone number you can call or a number you can text not even an AI chat assist bot. Only an email that they will never look at. My own inbox is constantly reminding me to follow up with the multiple emails I’ve sent to their support line and alas still no response. Stay away from this app and don’t waste your time!!

$100.00 Amazon card. I've been waiting since july 1stYou need to do what you say, I pay for stuff and buy things on the game. you make the points after years of play. and you don't get the cards.

I've reached out to richie games several times since july first. I still have not received my hundred dollar gift card.

They have lied about the rewards. I have cashed in my rewards. They said it was under review. Haven't heard anything from them. It has been over a month. I have notified them different times and they keep replying we will get back in touch within 48 hours haven't heard from them as of yet. I wouldn't recommend this site to any body. Plus they lie on that ad they got out.

Great platform

The game I played was fun but then my phone started getting hot so I had to uninstall game and app because I didn't know which app was making my phone get hot.

I redeemed my card for the day, and it tells me the code as already been redeemed and I don’t have any money on my Apple account

The developer is running a deceptive reward scheme. They accept real-world money via micro-transactions to help users reach a £100 payout milestone, but then freeze the payout 'In Review' forever. They have ignored my customer support requests for 6 months while keeping my money."

I have multiple milestones that have not registered as complete. There are milestones that would have to be met before others that have been rewarded and do not count. It is frustrating that i am missing out on over half the money I should have earned by now, it makes me not want to keep investing playtime.
I have reported the missing milestones to no avail. Washout hasn't been what it should be without the missing credits.

This app has a lot of ups and downs. The biggest down is cashouts and gift cards seemingly go into a void. They'll tell you they'll respond and give you your gift card in five business days, but then nothing. I waited 7 business days before reaching out. It has now been weeks. I keep emailing the help email listed on their app almost every day with the same inquiry but I get zero response about the $125 burger king gift card I cashed out. When i posted a negative review on Google play, the only response I got was insinuating I'm not using the correct email address (I use the help at richie.games listed on the app to get help), and the gave me several other excuses ss why i haven't received it, but STILL no response to any email, still no gift card, and we're soon coming up on a freaking month since I cashed out. I don't know if they think I'll just stop emailing or posting negative reviews wherever I can, but I won't. I want what I'm owed. That's it. Don't use this app. It's a scam. They make you jump through hoops to get what you're owed and response back is literally nothing at this point. Avoid this app all together.

Just redeemed successfully for the third time and it only took a couple days to receive the paypal reward. It takes a bit of effort to redeem but I've received it every time in a reasonable time frame so far

I've been using this app for a while now and it’s been great. I've already received three Play Store gift cards just by playing games, which is on top of the rewards I can cash out. Highly recommend!

I have won over $25 in giftcards from google play i have only been playing for a week

I have been waiting since may for a $100. Cash out. That is still in que process. But have not received it period nor have I received any information about it from the company. So I continue to play because I like the games they offer cashing out. I don't think it'll ever happen again. If I could give this company negative stars, I would. I didn't have a problem. The first time I cashed out, but the second time I did so what is really going on? They take your money, they keep it. What who knows.

Love how it tracks mostly all games you play and you get coins
