Gentile cliente, come da accordi con il nostro customer service aveva accettato la sostituzione del prodotto con uno dalle medesime caratteristiche in quanto quello da lei richiesto non disponibile, tenendo conto dei tempi di approvvigionamento. Il collo è stato ritirato dallo spedizioniere il giorno 30, come si evince dai dettagli del tracking. Purtroppo con le festività di mezzo il corriere sarà in consegna solo oggi. Ci scusiamo per il disagio.

MERAVIGLIATO

Prodotto di qualità come avevo cercato, meravigliato in positivo per la disponibilità nella consegna del prodotto, nel mio caso specifico, con consegna direttamente dal personale e decurtazione della spesa di trasporto perché essendo a 3 km dall' azienda hanno optato a questo servizio ormai raro. Grazie BRAVI !!!!
