Rispetto per il cliente, questo sconosciuto

Ho telefonato venerdì 7 nov '25 ed ero al 6° posto in attesa di risposta. Dopo 16 minuti di menata di musichetta, mi trovavo al 4° posto e quindi chiudevo la telefonata con un nulla di fatto. Il giorno dopo vi telefonavo alle 11:40 e sebbene mi trovassi al 1° posto, ho atteso 20 minuti senza risposta. Quindi, alle 12 ve ne siete andati a casa incuranti di rispondere a chi vi procura uno stipendio. Ci risentiamo quando vi tornerà la voglia di lavorare, nel frattempo potete immaginare quanti concorrenti avete in tutta la Brianza. Ciaone!

Customer service a Monza e veramente…

Customer service a Monza e veramente scarso. Hanno troppi clienti quindi alla fine è molto meglio scegliere altro gommista. Perdi 5 minuti per andare al altro ma servizi e migliore e hanno tempo per aiutarti in casi emergenti
