Rachel was so helpful when assisting us in getting our mortgage for our first home. Always happy to answer any questions throughout the whole process and was very responsive. Rachel was sorting our mortgage for an older house in a long chain with long delays, and did a superb job. Comparing to my experience with a non-free broker from a big firm 6 years ago, the experience was easily a whole class better. Rachel was indispensable when we were in the process of purchasing our first house. She was the first person we were in contact with when we were starting to look and she clearly explained the whole process (not just the mortgage side) and had lots of helpful tips and advice.
Rachel works at lightning speed! We had an AIP in our inbox about 10 minutes after our initial meeting. Similarly, once we'd had an offer accepted Rachel quickly identified the best deal for us and we managed to get our application in just before the rates changed.
