Viraj was first referred to me by a close friend back in 2019. When I initially contacted him, he was insightful, knowledgeable, and gave me excellent advice on what I could realistically afford. At the time, I wasn’t in a position to make a significant purchase.

Five years later, when I was finally ready to buy, there was only one person I wanted to contact. Throughout the entire process, Viraj was always available, kept us consistently up to date, and whenever we had doubts, he provided clear and reassuring advice.

He went far beyond the role of a mortgage advisor, regularly contacting estate agents and liaising with our solicitors on our behalf, which made the whole experience far less stressful.
