Rex MD Reviews 

Kim did a great job providing service and quickly reviewed my case history to avoid a long phone conversation. Your website, however leaves much to be desired. I have always gotten great phone support from Rexmd, but the website is terrible.

As I replied to the doctor - half a pill - wait two hours and no problem gaining an erection. I am 72 and never had a problem before but, at least in my first encounter in a new relationship, I was unable to gain an erection and did not want that to happen a second time!

Kim was one of the best customer service reps that i have ever had the pleasure in working with. Not only via RexMD but out of any venue in any industry! I was caught off guard and how much she had accomplished in such little time during our conversation. She was already executing the things we were talking about in real time. Never missing a beat. She was very pleasant to deal with very congenial and professional not to mention she has the most adorable accent, and her tone is pleasing to hear. I hope that Rex MD makes a point to treat service reps of her caliber in a way that appreciates the true value that an employee like Kim brings to a company like Rex MD. Because if they don’t, Kim, you should give me a call because I would love to have an employee that represents my company the same way that you do for Rex MD. The value an employee like Kim brings to a company far exceeds her salary, I’d assume. I hope that this review inspires Rex MD to give her a bonus and/or elevate her to a position that acknowledges the immeasurable value that an employee like Kim brings to any company in any industry. You literally made my day better, Kim; just by speaking with you and I hope this review makes a big difference for yours! 🙂

Had issues with my flexible spending account needing some documents and Devonte was very helpful in getting me the necessary documents.

Kim was an understanding professional and friendly resource for my sleep deprivation issues. She talked me through all alternative remedies but alas nothing worked.

Lu is a great communicator. She was patient with questions and informed about the products. Overall, Lu provided very good serivce and was very professional.

Devonte quickly corrected an error on my account due to my credit card expiration date. Promptly submitted a refund for a misplaced order and the current order!

Your representative was excellent. Among other things Kim was able to pronounce the names of that list of medications better than most health care workers. but more importantly very clear and articulate, explaining what she was doing at every step.

Kim made my experience today. Great I always hope when I call in that I get her. She always spends the right amount of time and always answers the questions right I always have a good experience with her.

Devonte answered all of my questions in a professional manner. He was able to adjust my script and took his time to look for every eligible discount which is always greatly appreciated. Sometimes it’s hard to communicate via chat with the physician of record. Devonte streamlined that process for me and now I just have to wait for delivery. Great service!
