I had the pleasure of speaking with Kim Scanland to take care of my request. Kim was very personable, professional, and quickly resolved my issue. Kim is a true asset to your team. I do have a suggestion though and Kim has nothing to do with this issue. My receipt has a date of billing but no date of service. My FSA manager kicked it back because your receipts do not specifically say Date of Service. I was able to resolve that using ChatGPT to copy the receipt and add a Date of Service entry. But you should make a change to say Date of Service. Yes it's hair splitting but it caused me more work.
